Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Kenosha

The gm Penny has huge anger management issues as was a drive thru customer and been there for dine in now witnessing what a business isn't suppose to have around their customers all displayed on camera. Personally I went Within this week and never again as will have my ride drive farther then go to the closest when visiting friends or family now.

The general manager is highly disturbing and disrespectful to her staff like the customers. I would never again take my daughter to this place again due to the environment and how she personally treats her employees. I thought Popeyes is family oriented? Shouldn't the behaviors happening in the restaurants not steer the customers away now? Shouldn't all the staff be able to understand each other and be fluent in English not just Spanish?

She is unable to hold English speaking individuals as the cashier that took my order few times this week was very polite and respectful and responsive to the customers needs. Although the general manager didn't have to yell at the cashiers like kitchen staff. Whatever her issue is she definitely needs corporate to retrain her professionalism like many other things to run a proper successful business as customers see everything said and done. I am apologizing this location doesn't deserve any stars for how the business is being ran and personally want a call back in some kind of way as was so disturbed to contact by a review and gonna call corporate as no one deserves that inhumane treatments at work or being customers witnessing what is said and done now to...

(Despite just opening and no one in the store but me) 1st of all don't use the drive thru unless you're will to scream they placed it directly in front of 1-94 expressway, and the traffic is LOUD (talking about poor design) so anyhow I got out and went in.Despite me going in, and being the only one in the store at the time, my order still came out wrong, and the food was COLD aka (in their world) Luke warm aka COLD GREASE (which we all know TASTE BAD) .... The Cold or should I use their term warm chicken and fries is the worst and nasty... When I called them I got the same person that took my order and she agreed to replace the one piece of chicken that they didn't get correct and the order of cold fries they got wrong and served COLD instead of replacement of the entire order ... besides that I was over charged by $4.23 (yes I was refunded that back at least)... I ended up tossing the whole order and going to subway😒 this is the worst experience I've had ever at any Popeyes I've ever been to .....all I can say is Buyer Beware To bad they didn't know I was a national recordimg artist with a big fan base,and I sure am going to post this experience on my social network pages so no one else has the experience at this particular Popeyes that I just had...

I came here with my kids excited to try this new location. They had for a while only 2 workers and eventually we saw a 3rd person. I went to stand in line and I was the only person. I stood there for a few minutes and no one saw or acknowledged me. So I went and ordered on my phone thinking maybe they didn't take in person orders....😂🙄

Then... we waited.... for like 20 minutes... for our food. There were a lot of people then who came and waited for their mobile orders.... there was a lot of frustrated people waiting for their sandwiches. People even walked out bc of how long it was taking for a cashier to come to the counter.

Then I had a mix up on my order. I waited in line and told them. I think they had a panic attack and then asked to see my receipt... then after they saw I was not lying they gave me the right items...

Now... for the flavor... it tastes like every other Popeyes and flavor was present... but... the wait is absolutely not worth it. I wanted to love this new location but sadly I will be avoiding it like the plague.

After waiting over 10 minutes for my food I immediately regretted already paying bc I would've left and went somewhere else.

They are WAY understaffed.... I would not recommend this location until they are...
