I'm giving this a 2 star review strictly because the food is pretty good and the service/seating situation on the other hand is pretty bad. I've been here on 3 different occasions and the service has been pretty mediocre each time. The first time my party of 4 (which was directed to the bar area to be seated) ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 pizzas and salads...the salads never showed up and the sandwiches were last, about 10 minutes after the pizzas, and one of them was completely wrong. We couldn't find anyone to flag down to replace the sandwich, so one of us got up and went to the kitchen to find someone. The second time here it was just 2 of us. We were so confused when we sat down in what apparently is the "go order and seat yourself area." When we went to the counter, were told to order there. The girl who took our order is the bartender and she was great. You get breadsticks with your order, but they came toward the end, rather than before the main meal. 2 sandwiches were ordered and took about 20 min to get them. This last time we came, we sat in the bar, which is the "be waited on" area. The same bartender helped us, but she seemed overwhelmed. 2 of us again, ordered wings, a salad and sandwich. The wings came first, then the salad, then the sandwich about 10+ minutes later. We were done with our meal when the bread showed up. Then twice the server took my plate and then starting throwing silverware into the bread basket, assuming we were done. This place really has an identity crisis..is it seat yourself and counter order, or is it sit down and be served? They need to get their food service in order so that it is drinks, bread, salads, main dishes. And make them properly so that half the group isn't finishing their food before the rest gets their food. Also, never once in any of our visits were we offered refills on our drinks. There are random staff walking around at times, but it seems the bartender is running a one-woman show. Very disappointing for a place that has a lot...

Sanitation and hygiene, how important is it to you? Took my parents to Tuscano's for some pizza and salad. Server was very nice and attentive. Food was 7/10. Where the one star rating comes into play is when I stepped away from the table to wash my hands in the restroom. Discovered they have two soap dispensers. BOTH empty, as well as the paper dispenser empty. Stepped back outside and advised 4 different employees they didn't have soap nor paper towels. Waited outside the restroom for 25 minutes while my food became cold. During the 25 minutes spoke with a male employee that confirmed they also use that restroom since their employee restroom is used as a storage area. After 25 minutes still nobody came. I was able to make contact with Katie, the manager from what I was told. I shared my concerns with not having soap for customers and especially employees that are handling food. Katie advised they lost the key to the dispensers so they aren't being filled. Later discovered they did put soap in the restroom, but not in a dispenser but rather on the counter for you to pick up and squeeze soap out of the bag. Not sanitary. Last but not least they have a dry cleaning hanger nudged across a urinal with hand writing that's says Out of Service. If you value your health I would skip...

Tuscanos & Brewquinta — Pizza Review: 3/5 Overall We sat in a super quiet corner — honestly the best part of the experience. The main lobby looked empty, but turns out there’s a whole packed section down the hall (and loud as hell too). So if you’re lucky enough to get tucked away, it’s a vibe.

Now the service? Meh. No one brought our buffalo wings, but they did toss in some free breadsticks. Still, no one ever checked in — no refills, no bill, nothing. You just get your food and figure out the rest. Might as well be a fast food joint with a nicer interior.

The pizza though? Fire. Crunchy crust, solid flavor, definitely worth coming back for. 4/5 on the pie alone.

Final thoughts: good food, weak service. Bring your own napkins and patience.

Cashier was amazing. Had a funny conversation with her and as for the waiter. Let me show you how it’s done sir you forgot to give us our bill and ask for a take out box. Did the rest of your job for you. Great experience. But for the stars. Just areas of service. Food is good but for the 5 you need all exceeding. 3/fair just like the food was delish. But the rest went south. I aligned. So the bill was paid. But Hey, Watch out for Dine and Dashers. Imagine how many folks didn’t. The other half was...

The service here is always consistantly....bad. my husband hates going here for that reason BUT the food is usually pretty good and it's close to home. However I am finally done. Went in a couple nights ago, waited almost 10 mins for someone to take our drink order. About 30 mins after ordering our server cam by and said "you still haven't gotten your appetizer?" (Which we order 10 mins before we ordered the pizza. So she checked and came back and said the printer in the kitchen wasn't getting the orders. Ok.... Got our pizza and app at about the 45 min mark. The pizza was burnt. Told the waitress she offered us a new one. I just worked 12 hours I'm not sitting here another 45 for a pizza, so I declined. She brought us the FULL priced bill then put me on the spot "I don't have the authority to discount it, do you want me to ask the boss? " ummmm what do you think so I said " well the pizza is definitely burnt so yes, please. " she came back with $8 off , so we paid $30 for 2 ice teas , Mac and cheese bites and burnt pizza. Oh last time we ordered a pizza with pepperoni and olives on one half and "just cheese on the other " ....they didn't put sauce on the second half,, literally just cheese 🤦‍♀️. So yeah, I'd say the bad is pretty consistent here.

Delicious fresh made PIZZA!!!! Walked in for lunch. This location has large seating area for dining in. They have a bar section next to a patio section incase you want to enjoy the sun rays. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Our waitress was very polite and pleasant. They offer a large assortment of beers on tap and bottle. You can browse all their beer selection by scanning a QR code from their menu, which launches their full menu. They offered a complimentary garlic bread while we waited for our order. For starters they have a delicious Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer. The portions are very generous even for 2 people. Cauliflower and Buffalo was a great pairing with a tall glass of cold beer. The pizza was excellent. You can taste the freshness and hot right out of the oven. The Supreme Pizza offers a generous amount on ingredients. Large chunks of susage, delicious pieces of Canadian bacon, crispy pepperoni. Plenty of delicious veggies including onions, black olives and green peppers. Delicious sauce and very cheesy. Great location for an afternoon lunch date. I will definitely be back soon.
