Laconia House Of Pizza — Restaurant in Laconia

So we ordered two calzones. One was buffalo chicken- the other BBQ. you would THINK that’s not too far fetched an order to get right. Think again… so I knew something may be up when they asked us on the phone if we wanted pizza sauce in with our calzones…um what? Pizza sauce? Any place I’ve ever had a calzone they never put in pizza sauce unless you specifically ask for some or it’s some weird order that comes with it- well I should have turned back then but instead my boyfriend who wasn’t sure what they were asking just said however it comes just make it that way. Well I come to pick it up and the service was fine- nothing to write home about but either way this review is for the product. Which they got horribly, horribly wrong. They basically made me a pizza with buffalo chicken. Which I could not even pass off as buffalo because there was absolutely ZERO flavor. I didn’t think you could F up a calzone. Let alone 2 for $32 dollars. Biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. Will never return, and will pass along the message. I myself hate when people just go online to write reviews that aren’t true to destroy a business- but this ISNT THAT- they just can’t cook....

As someone who works in a restaurant myself, I know especially during this time employees are supposed to be taking all business seriously in a timely manner, I’ve ordered from this place for quite some time & after my delivery for ONE steak & cheese sub and a small order of Mozzarella sticks I am done. I understand it takes time to cook the food but it does not take an hour plus to cook those items nor deliver them 2 minutes up the street. Even during a lunch push it doesn’t take this long, & as employees you know the correct times to quote delivery’s, mistakes do happen it’s understandable, your first priority should be customer satisfaction & this was definitely not it. With so many reviews of the same problem a solution is the only step necessary. P.s delivery driver was great, this review is strictly towards the managers of this establishment. Hire more employees & don’t set...

AWFUL!!!!!! I ordered a cheeseburger. Asked if it came with fries, the girl at the counter said no, unless I order the dinner. So I ordered the cheeseburger dinner. After being told 20 minutes I waited in the restaurant for almost an hour!!!! Got my dinner and it was a sub. I said I ordered a cheeseburger not a sub. Whoever the rude women is in the back with a lisp came running out yelling that's it's the dinner. I said, this is a sub, not what I ordered. I told the girl I wanted a cheeseburger, I should have been told it was a sub. She was so rude and was yelling at me like I did something wrong. I told her the menu should specify that it's a sub, not a sandwich cause that's not what I ordered. The service was so awful. I regret the tip I left. I will never go back there if I'm visiting...
