Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors — Restaurant in Laguna Niguel

I called in my order. I asked for two orders of Kung Pao Chicken with extra peanuts and chili for both. I also asked for two bags of crunchy noodles for each order. The guy on the phone Bill was a great guy with a nice personality. When I arrived to pick up my order suddenly I was being helped by the lady owner of the franchise. I made sure to ask if both had extra peanuts and chili in both. She never really answered me. Then I reminded her that I wanted two bags of crispy noodles for each order. After rolling her eyes at me she continued filling my order. When I got home both orders had no extra peanuts or chili. When I went to the bags of crispy noodles there were just three and on top of everything else she gave me no soy sauce. I was willing to pay for the extras but I could tell this lady doesn't believe in pleasing her customers as much as nickleing and dimeing...

Have been coming here since I was a kid. Always ordered the house special chicken and they didn't disappoint with that today! I ordered two entrees of HSC and asked them to place the chicken in one and rice in the other because I noticed their "new cheaper plastic" to go containers. Sad they're using single use plastic now. I also ordered chow mein and I am appalled by what they gave me as chow mein. That's why I'm only giving 3 stars. The noodles were over cooked, covered in a sweet sauce, and there was absolutely no vegetables. Since when is chow mein just noddles in a sweet sauce? Will not be...

I ordered chicken with seasonal vegetables in a white wine sauce. As other reviews have stated, they packaged the rice and the chicken dish together so the sauce soaked into the rice. The texture of the chicken was something I have never experienced before. I took a couple bites and it was really strange. I thought perhaps it hadn't been cooked enough so I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds and it was still the strangest chicken I've ever seen or tried to cut. I even thought it might be fake chicken. I didn't eat it. The cream cheese wontons were good as well as the fried rice...
