The Breakfast Box — Restaurant in Lake Jackson

This was one of our random picks for the week/month. It was our first time here so it was interesting. Let me start with if you are wanting to try this place (and you should) know that it is inside The Refined Coffee Co. Shop. We were not aware of that until we pulled up. The inside of the shop is cute and eclectic with the heavy aroma of coffee. We walked up to the counter (it being our first time, we didn't know the ordering process), and asked for The Breakfast Box menu. There was nothing showing Breakfast Box at the counter. I'm not sure if the Barista actually answered my husband or not but as we were standing there, a nice lady with The Breakfast Box apron came out and showed us the order process. So to clear things up, if you are coming in for The Breakfast Box, the have a little shelf area on the right hand wall with a tablet style screen set up to place self orders (would not have known this without her coming to tell us). The order process was easy through their kiosk/tablet. The menu is descriptive and easy to decipher. We had the sausage, egg and cheese croissant and the Holy aioli. Both sandwiches came with a cup of fruit. Both sandwiches were fresh made and warm. It did not take very long to get our order from the time we ordered to the time it was brought out. Maybe 10 minutes at the most. The food was good. It'll definitely be worth stopping by and trying other menu items...

Absolutely phenomenal! The Breakfast Box, located inside the amazing Refined Coffee Company, is an absolute must-visit for anyone craving an incredible breakfast. We had the “Archibald”—a perfect avocado toast topped with creamy goat cheese and all sorts of deliciousness—and the “Holy Aïoli” breakfast sandwich, which was pure perfection. Every bite was packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients and just the right balance of textures.

Beyond the amazing food, the service was top-notch. Dani, the owner, is fantastic! She personally took the time to chat with us, answer all our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was second to none. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and puts so much passion into every dish.

And let’s not forget Refined Coffee Company—the perfect pairing for a delicious breakfast. The coffee is top-notch, making this spot a one-stop shop for both incredible food and expertly brewed drinks.

Everything about this place is phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere and aesthetic were beyond anything else is Lake Jackson. It's an incredibly unique place, and that's before even getting to the food and drink. The owner, Dani, delivers it out to you after you order it, and she is very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast sandwiches we had were FANTASTIC! There is a jelly there called pepper jelly, and it's incredible on nearly any of the items. The eggs on the sandwiches were juicy and full of flavor, the bacon was crisp, and Avocado smash on the sandwich was divine. All around, fabulous place, will be coming back and recommending to anyone...
