If you like Korean Mando and want to try something a little different, give this a try. This place serves something I refer to as Mando Bahng. Instead of using a wonton style wrapper, the ingredients are stuffed into a steamed bun. Me personally I was a little disappointed. I've had it in Seoul and have fond memories of it. I ordered both the kimchee and pork Mando. Both have good flavor but the ratio of meat to veggies is way off which throws the texture way off. Really good mandoo should have a much more meaty dense texture. This is much more of a chunky veggie texture. If you prefer that, this is definitely for you....

Truly huge - these mandoo are larger than your fist and the fillings pack a punch! The plain pork is not just meat - there are veggies and glass noodles also. Truly delicious. We went because of the reviews and we weren't disappointed. The bread tastes fresh and the pork was very flavorful! The kimchi is what you'd expect of kimchi, a little spicy but not overwhelming.
