Estive hoje a tarde no One Stop Brazil para pegar um sanduíche que encomendei por telefone, e vi uma placa que dizia que o pagamento por cartão de débito ou crédito seria adicionado uma taxa de 4%. Fui muito bem atendido pelo funcionário da loja pois o proprietário não estava e que ouviu o meu posicionamento em relação a esta taxa. Fiquei indignado pois com certeza a maior parte dos clientes deve ser da comunidade brasileira e isso é uma falta de respeito. Fui para casa e pesquisei na internet sobre essa taxa cobrada e ela é “ILEGAL” aqui na Flórida. Pessoalmente, já passei pela experiência, a vários meses atrás, (pois parei de ir lá por esse motivo) por ser cobrado esse mesmo “fee” por ter pago no cash, não reparei na hora, mas quando vi no recibo liguei na mesma hora pra saber o porquê da taxa e eles falaram que foi um erro e pediram desculpas e que eu poderia voltar para ser ressarcido do valor, nunca mais voltei lá, até hoje pois minha filha gosta do sanduíche que eles fazem (realmente é bom). Mais uma vez quero aqui deixar a minha indignação por esta taxa extra cobrada e que o proprietário reveja seu posicionamento ou comunicarei ao “BBB” Better Business Bureau para que os façam uma visita.

I was at One Stop Brazil this afternoon to pick up a sandwich I ordered over the phone, and I saw a sign that said that a 4% fee would be added to payments by debit or credit card. I was very well attended to by the store employee because the owner was not there and listened to my position regarding this fee. I was outraged because most of the customers must be from the Brazilian community and this is disrespectful. I went home and researched this fee on the internet and it is “ILLEGAL” here in Florida. Personally, I have had the same experience several months ago (because I stopped going there for this reason) of being charged this same “fee” for paying in cash. I didn’t notice it at the time, but when I saw it on the receipt I called right away to find out why the fee was charged and they said it was a mistake and apologized and that I could come back for a refund. I have never been back there, to this day because my daughter likes the sandwiches they make (they are really good). Once again, I would like to express my indignation at this extra fee charged and I hope the owner reviews his position or I will inform the “BBB” Better Business Bureau so that they can pay...

Best burger in the Tampa Bay Area. Traditional style Brazilian burger with soft cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. Well worth the drive for the food, stay for the ambiance. Friendly staff and reasonable pricing....
