Sam's Italian Foods — Restaurant in Lewiston

I've been there twice, the first time I was given a half empty sub of three inches on both ends empty, on a 12 inch sub that's half the sub!. Now I tried them again against my better judgement, I ordered a large Italian sub and chef salad. What I got was a ridiculously over oiled sub that isn't even cut, and my chef salad is missing turkey and cheddar as staple ingredients and most of the lettuce is yellow. I've gotten better salads at gas stations and that's pathetic. Two times now and both times I've been ripped off. Shame on this business for what they charge and what they give in return and from now reading others reviews they are completely ok with doing their customers dirty like this. Where's your dignity? Ordered tonight because it was suppose to be "pasta night" where some pasta dishes were on sale for cheaper then usual prices. Their online website said 7.10 for a spaghetti dinner I got charged 9.10 their online website said 4.00 for a pint of spaghetti with garlic bread I got charged 2.99 for the pint plus 1.99 for the bread( the pint was half way full) I also ordered a 10 inch pizza but what I recieved was a thin crust 6 inch pizza in a 10 inch box. We've been eating at Sam's for years. This review is specifically for the downtown, Main Street Lewiston location. The girl behind the counter who took our order was training a new employee and she did very well with the balance of communication between us placing our order and answering imour questions, plus showing the new employee how to ring in the order properly. Food options are amazing whether it be pizza or subs. Pricing is very good for the portion sizes. Great job and keep up...
