Bad Wolf Burgers — Restaurant in Lexington

I tried Bad Wolf during Burger Week and really enjoyed my experience! I want to visit again soon!

Food: Despite being quite busy, the food was prepared quickly and was quite yummy. I was grateful to see a gluten-free bun as an add-on. Everything was well seasoned and hot off the grill when I received it.

Service: The service was excellent. The gentleman that took my order was kind, personable, and attentive. Make sure you remember your order number for when the food comes out. The server will call your number and bring the food to you.

Atmosphere: The vibes were chill and friendly. I'd love to have a date here or just relax here during lunch. Its family friendly and clean.

My only "negative" comments are small and should not deter anyone.

Space: I found the restaurant a bit cramped due to the extra people visiting for Burger Week. I have no suggestions to fix this, its just how it is at that time of the year. The space is plenty for average traffic.

Bar: The bar stools could be a bit taller. I found it awkward to eat at the bar as it is taller than average. Some custom bar chairs (maybe 4) would be an investment,...

Got there at 1:45, waited 5 mins for someone to finally come to the window to say they close at 2pm. No apologies just locked the window in our face. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Response to his response below: Don’t lie! Why does nobody want to take responsibility for their actions when they have been called out, but instead want to double down. The entitlement is unreal.

You came to that window swinging your hands. We were waiting intently so we both looked to get someone’s attention and observed you meander over. You said “we’re closed” before the advertised closing time, then looked at us like we were in the wrong. In the moments of shock and asking why, you had all opportunities to tell us why but you didn’t nor try to persuade us with gift cards as you claim to come back another time for the inconvenience. Be a man and own up to your mistakes. You know what you did was wrong. However, since customer service is not a priority in your eyes, you won’t see it that way.

Heard so many say good things I went yesterday but the burger was dripping with grease I mean dripping it made me feel sick to my stomach. I could not finish it. I would never hand someone food like that. I added pictures of the food my friend had also on same visit dripping it was coming out the bottom of his bun. Update 03/18 It was not just olive old and the bacon burger had the oil dripping all over it my friend made a video of falling off when he turned in on side and the bottom of the bun had it through the bottom. I made an honest review defend it how you want. But I do not like is I for a text from someone that you asked to contact me. I mean come on that is not appropriate tracking down a customer like that is on the verge of harassment. So what did you do start asking customers if they know Malcolm Walters.
