Pizza Hut — Restaurant in London

Placed order at 17:40, received information the order would be ready at 18:00. Arrived at the restaurant at 17:58, no one at the counter other than a Door Dash driver. Order screen showed order ready..great. Another customer walked in behind me, Waited approximately 10 minutes, worker brought some of the Door Dash order out, returned to the back, brought out the rest of the Door Dash order, then got my name. I signed the receipt, worker then got the second customers name, brought out that customers order. Then ask my name a second time, returned with my order approximately 15 minutes after our arrival. Needless to say, the pizza was only warm and looked as though it had been sitting on the counter for about 20-25 minutes. The pizza, cheese breadsticks, and pasta was not that good. Customer service seems to be non-existent, Manager doesn't seem very professional. The restaurant appears to be closing. This visit was most likely 2 in 1 for me,...

We went there for the lunch buffet at 12:10. When we went in, there were several people seated. The buffet had no pizza, some dried up bread sticks that I feared would break my teeth, and a small dried up serving of ziti. The salad was gross and the carrots looked liked they had been laying there for a week. We asked the server if there would be more. He said there would be but we had to be patient because they were short handed. Several guys from a work crew came in and sat down. They put 1 pizza on the buffet. Then they brought another. The pizza was awful. Very greasy, not typical Pizza Hut sauce or crust. It tasted like frozen Digiorno only not as good. Horrible. 5/2/19 The place was absolutely terrible. Doesn't look like it's been cleaned in years the staff was very rude to one of the customers that almost led to a fight over burnt pizza.
