Learn moreI have been coming to this place since they opened. Unfortunately, it seems that once they got foot traffic they don't care much about their customers. On 9/10/2018, I went to get a pizza and I clearly told the employee that I wanted the pizza well done. Like usual the employee did not care and my pizza was hardly warm and the toppings on some slices were cold. I took most of the pizza home so I can reheat it properly. Not only that, I also had to clean my table before eating because it was not cleaned at all. This location used to be better, but, unfortunately customer service keeps declining. I don't know why at this location some employees want to do things their way disregarding the customer's request. This is not the first time that I get a hardly warm pizza with cold toppings. The last time that this happened I went with my friend. She got her pizza, but I didn't get mine. I waited and waited until I asked the employee for my pizza. Then she gave me a pizza that she was keeping behind the counter. She said that it was kept in an oven, she gave it to me in a to go box. My pizza was not to go and it was hardly warm. We told the manager about it, then he went to talk to her and we clearly overheard that she told him that she called my name and looked for me, but that she didn't see me and that is why it took so long to get my pizza. What she said to the manager was a lie. Pielogy is a small place. We could have easily heard her or saw her if that was the case. Plus both pizzas were on the same ticket. I took my pizza home once again so I could reheat it and finally eat a hot pizza. I always ordered a pizza to dine in, but unfortunately, lately it hasn't been a pleasant experience at all. I don't know what kind of criteria to hire people they use at this place. It looks like lazy and careless people get priority. I am more disappointed than I have ever been at this place. I felt that I wasted my time and money. I didn't feel that there was any need to speak to anyone regarding my hardly warm pizza with cold toppings. At this point I felt that my comments would be worthless, so why waste more time? How much work does it take and how hard is it to cook a well done pizza? It looks that it is a very hard task to accomplish for some Pieology employees. The place is also very dirty. The trash cans are full of trash, even the bathroom is in bad shape. . Customers have to ask one of the hard workers employees to clean the tables, because the tables are always dirty. It seems that employees at this location do not want to work at all. Very poorly maintained establishment. I am taking a break from this place. Most likely time to move on to a better place where they care a bit more for customer service. I had a great experience at the Westwood location. I rather take a long drive and be treated as a customer instead of going near by and be completely ignored as a customer. Very frustrated and unhappy with Pielogy on...
Read moreAt this pizza establishment, customers have the delightful opportunity to customize their own pizzas, with the added bonus of watching their creations being baked fresh right before their eyes. The extensive menu offers a wide variety of toppings, catering to all preferences, including options for both vegan enthusiasts and meat lovers alike.
However, while the concept is appealing, the customer service leaves something to be desired. During my visit, I encountered some challenges with communication. Specifically, when I attempted to order three pizzas that evening, the young lady assisting me began preparing one of them before I had finished placing my entire order. This lack of coordination caused a bit of confusion, as I found myself standing there with my incomplete order.
Additionally, I noticed that the entrance to the restaurant posed accessibility issues for customers with disabilities. It was clear that those who rely on wheelchairs or have mobility challenges would face difficulty entering the establishment, which is a significant concern that should be addressed to ensure everyone can enjoy the dining experience. Overall, while the pizza customization is a fantastic feature, improvements in service and accessibility would greatly enhance the...
Read moreShowed up during one of their busier hours. 4 employees + manager working. Watched 3 customers give up and leave. Gave me lopsided pizza dough. I could've said something, but I shouldn't need to; pizza is supposed to be in the shape of a circle. The fact that they thought this was ok is not alright. Didn't spread out the red sauce like at all. After ordering, hastily brushed me aside to the cash register and put my pizza at the end of a line of 10+ uncooked pizzas, despite the fact the oven was half empty. After receiving my order, I found the slices cut badly. Multiple slices were little more than a single inch long. I'm not even sure they gave me a normal sized pizza.
Mistakes like this happened the other times I came here too, but never like this. First time I showed up here in months. Not sure if it's because they're new workers or the management sucks, but I'm not...
