Definitely skip Vocelli's If' you're looking for a convenient place to order dinner for the family without a lot of hassle. If you do order from them, be sure to have a backup plan. Summary: Wrong order, forced me to chase them down for answers, refused to make it right, no apology, not apologetic at all, wouldn't even refund the full value of the missing pizza, sketchy request for credit card info they already had. Details: Wife and child were sick and I had to work late. She wanted pizza, so I tried to order online from Vocelli's website because they're nearby. Took a long time to get here, and when it did, the order was wrong. I had ordered 2 pizzas, one with some unusual toppings that only I like and one that everyone else would like. In place of the pizza I'd ordered for the sick members of the family was one that had a foul smell to it. I think it was mushrooms and onions, but in any case, not something anyone in this house would eat. I called the number for the local franchise to get a "wireless customer has been disconnected" message. I had to go look up the corporate help number and they called the place and said it was just busy (maybe my cell company was acting strange, but "wireless customer has been disconnected" is different from "busy" and it's not ambiguous.) Eventually I managed to contact the local Vocelli's and the guy told me the driver had mixed it up and he would call to get it corrected. 30 minutes later with a hungry 3 year-old waiting, I had heard nothing so I called again. This time they tell me it's too late, we're not going to get a pizza. This was 7:30pm and supposedly the store closes at 10pm. He says: "do you want me to take $10 off your order?" I had been charged $11.18 for the missing pizza not including delivery, tip, and tax. I said, "at least give me back the full value of the pizza that is missing." After arguing, he said he'd charge back $11. I didn't have time to waste on him since I had a sick family to take care of and work to do, so I said fine, but this is the last time we order from you. Then he pauses, and asks me for my credit card number. I had already given the order number and the address, and it was an online order that I knew was in his system. Why not just charge it back from that? I decided that $11 was not worth the risk of having my credit damaged by fraud and told him to forget the whole thing. No hint of an apology the whole time, not even an insincere one. Hey man, I get that you've had a long day, but you're not the only one. Then I had to find alternative dinner for my sick 3-year old and break the news to my sick wife that she'd have to wait for something else, too. There's a Paisano's and a Bozelli's both very close to this Vocelli's, and both have been reliable, so there are better options even if you don't like the big chains for a pizza. Vocelli is thoroughly disappointing. In the end, I had to put the bad pizza out in the garage because of the foul smell...

Amazing Pizza and Even Better Service!
I can't say enough about how much I love Ray’s Pizza! Not only is the pizza some of the best I’ve ever had, but the level of care and service here is unmatched.
I’ve got to share this incredible story: One evening, while waiting for my usual order of the delicious pepperoni and sausage pizza, I saw a little commotion outside the shop. A dog had slipped its leash and was running across the street, clearly in danger. Without a second thought, Ray—yes, the owner himself—bolted outside, flagging down cars and gently coaxing the frightened pup back to safety. Once he had the dog secured, he found the owner (who was beyond grateful) and made sure everyone was alright.
And the best part? Ray came back inside, still smiling, and didn’t miss a beat with our order. My pizza came out piping hot and perfectly cooked, as always. The fact that Ray can handle a dog rescue and still serve up some of the best pizza in town shows just how awesome he is!
If you're looking for fantastic food and a place that genuinely cares about its customers (and their pets!), this is it. Ray’s Pizza is a local gem, and I’m a...

I was initially hesitant to order from Vocelli Pizza at Lorton Town Center due to some older negative reviews from 5 and 2 years ago. However, a neighboring business reassured me that the franchise had improved significantly, so I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did!
The ordering process was incredibly easy, even though I placed my order ahead of time. The pizzas were not only delicious but also reasonably priced, which made the experience even better.
A special shoutout to the franchise’s new owner, Ray, who truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, which made the visit feel personal and welcoming.
If you’re in the area and looking for quality pizza and great service, I highly recommend giving this Vocelli Pizza a chance. It’s clear they’ve turned things around, and Ray is doing a fantastic job...
