Visited from Chicago on a Friday night a couple weeks ago. Immediately annoyed by the fact they don't have menus and you have to do the QR code thing, but there was a good crowd, so my dad and I gave it a shot. Good atmosphere, good energy, beautiful building. Went with the "Millionaire's Chicken Sandwich," or whatever it's called, but then was further annoyed that the servers don't even take your order, you do it yourself through the application, or go to the bar and do it yourself. I thought the price point for a chicken sandwich was a bit high, but it seemed like an interesting unique item, and we were on vacation, so why not? Incredibly disappointed in my food. Just totally dry and unimpressive. I'm not a send it back kind of person, and since we didn't really have a server, I wouldn't have even known who to talk to about it. I did Flag down one girl later, I believe her name was Madison, and asked if I could at least get some more sauce. Madison was very nice and charming, and brought me a variety of sauces to handle this customer service problem. Pretty much a done deal. I was not even in the mood to eat anymore though after my low quality (and expensive) chicken sandwich. So I flagged down another woman for a to-go box. She asked me how everything was, and it really being the first time an employee checked on us, I couldn't help but comment on the low quality of the sandwich. She gave me the to-go box and in another solid effort to appease the customer, offered a burger. It wasn't clear though if this was going to be complimentary, or something else we'd have to pay for. When I asked, she told me she'd have to ask her manager, whose name I learned was Adam. I had never asked for a free burger, I didn't ask for them to remove the bad "Millionaire's Chicken Sandwich" from the bill, I just told them that it was unimpressive. Probably would have written this same review then. However, after Madison and the other woman's customer service, I would have given them a 5 star review if they threw a free burger my way to make it right (which I know would have cost the restaurant very little). However, when the other server returned to tell me that Adam said I needed to give back the chicken sandwich that I had taken two initial bites of before giving up on, I was incredibly annoyed. Our meal with a bottle of wine was around $150, and they treated me like this was some stunt I was pulling for free food. They would have just thrown out my leftover food otherwise, and the whole thing was incredibly stupid to me. I own a bar/restaurant myself, and this seems like a move that's only done in low-class establishments. I said to just forget the whole thing, and we'd go back to our hotel. Of course, before we did, we had to go to the bar to settle the tab on our own. Of course the card reader gave us a recommended tip of 20%. I looked at it for a second, and my first thought was to give them a 0% tip, because the sandwich (that was one most expensive dishes on the menu) was straight bad. And their manager's response was even worse. I of course realized that the only people I'd be punishing by giving a bad tip were the "servers" (in quotes because they don't handle most responsibilities of a traditional server), so I gave a full 20% tip. I left that restaurant incredibly angry and probably even offended by how the whole experience went. The good news is I was told Adam is "the fun manager," so I guess he has that to take pride in. Unfortunately his customer service is horrendous. I don't live in LA, but if I did, I'd never return. 2 stars for the commendable efforts of the girls, and the sweet potato, which was actually quite good. Unfortunately a half a sweet potato isn't a very good dinner for a grown man. Only go to Broxton Brewery if you want bad overpriced food, and to spend your time working as a part-time server for yourself.

Go for the drinks 🍻. A pitcher of one of their beers here is worthwhile, would recommend their IPA. While the food was tasty, the price was not that pleasant. Especially when I am paying 20+ for a salmon fillet & small sides, I would hope the cooks would take the time to remove the grey meat from the bottom, I guess not though and I had to pick around it for myself. Fries were a tad overdone too. Tomato bisque was divine! A gorgeous space to spend some time in! We also stayed at our table for 3+ hours since I was catching up with a friend and the wait staff did not try to have us leave. Overall great for some good beer! *Edited to reply to the owner* Regardless of the price, I feel that every restaurant should put out their best effort with food preparation, which includes removing greyed meat from the precious portion of salmon fillet and a great fry (especially for bars). I was thinking about coming back, but given how targeted the reply felt to try and 'correct' my experience, when overall it was a good time and review, I will definitely be reconsidering. If someone cannot take honest feedback (when it comes to the food preparation not the ordering process to try and deflect), not really a good sign for me. I took the time to correct pricing and the menu items in my review to illustrate that openness to feedback is key!

I'll be really honest. Not a huge fan of this place. We were told to seat ourselves which in and of itself is not bad, but it all went down hill from there. We had to scan the QRS on the table to place our orders, but after placing our orders we were ambushed online asking to fill out a survey before we even were served. Not cool. Also we had to include a tip before we were even served. After placing my order the desert came out first after waiting 15 minutes. Of course I sent it back. Another 10 minutes later I received my meal, but my friend didn't get his for another 15 minutes. By the time we ate my food had already gotten cold so of course I'm not impressed with the meal I had or the service. I spent almost $50.00 for this experience. I could have gotten a couple cans of Foster's and a double double combo for $12.00 bucks and had a better experience. The only bright spot was the Oatmeal Stout. That's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars.

Would give this place a zero if I could. Came in last night around 11pm with two friends ordering one drink each. I was wearing jeans and a sweater no makeup gave them my passport for identification and nothing seemed to be an issue. The management came up to us accusing specifically me of being too drunk to be served saying I stumbled at the door and had glossy eyes. Mind you all that happened was I pushed the front door instead of pull (which is confusing for anyone who hasn’t been there before) and my friends and I were talking loudly. We were very kind to management as we have all worked in the service industry and understand however it was extremely strange as nothing like this has ever happened to me let alone not drunk at all. We were talking loudly due to me being deaf in one ear. We were the only group of younger 20s in the brewery. I felt extremely discriminated against and embarrassed as this has never happened to me before. Accusing someone of being way too drunk when all they’ve done is talk loudly at a BAR and have a hard time opening the door is ABSURD. This brewery will never get my friends and Is business again. I did not vape inside maybe one of my friends did but it wasn’t me. Again I was the one being targeted and I wasn’t going to put my deafness on the table but after further discussing with my friends they decided to talk to bartender about it afterwards. Again, I was not drunk nor close to it and I witnessed way drunker people than anyone in my small group was. I do not take back anything stated and will continue not to go back to this brewery as I won’t feel welcome. I have never been to a brewery or bar like...
