Door dashed the order but it was still good even after it came from a location miles away. The salsa is excellent and the guac was also very fresh. Garlic fries were meh but everything else we got was good. I wish they had added some dressing for the salad and seasoned the salmon on the taco slightly more. The portion size for ones taco is substantial it's like a small fillet per taco so the $6 price each was well worth it. Whole beans instead of refried but maybe the app just didn't have the option to select refried, not sure. Bean and cheese burrito is HUGE! Enchilada sauce was good a hint of spicy but not much and the queso fresco on top was delicious. The salad has thick large slices of cucumber and tomato which is nice, again they need to dress it. The rice was ok nothing special kinda dry. I also got the fried mojarra and it was perfect including the eyeball. Oh, and the fish on the taco was cooked perfectly! They did forget my coke but there's no way for me to know if it was a dasher or the restaurant. 1 last thing I ordered "add cheese" to my garlic fries for $1 more but there...
Read moreThis location has a full bar with current sports playing on the TVs.. if u aren't used to the Señor Fish style of ordering, u'll be confused walking in. The place to order is further back so at first all you see is tables filled with people eating their grub..so it feels like a place you would wait to be seated.. Another note for newbies, the menus are in a small pile on the counter where you order. .so don't be confused by the chalkboard full of daily specials like I was. Food was surprisingly tasty and good serving portions for the price. Drink situation on the other hand was a lil annoying if you order water.. u need to ladle it out of a giant container..so if you're uncoordinated, good luck not spilling it everywhere. On top of that, they don't worry about filling it, so ur trying to scoop water instead of piles of ice.. none the less im grateful i had water in my truck bcuz i was dying of thirst after the ice chunked water couldn't...
Read moreThat last time I went to Senior Fish was 15 years ago in their original location. I always got the fresh fried fish tacos and ordered the same today and was not disappointed! The current location is huge and it wasn’t too busy when we ordered our lunch, but it took awhile to get because they made everything fresh. The other people with me ordered the chicken quesadilla and fish tacos with chips and guacamole. Parking can be difficult, but there are many garages in the area. We went to visit Little Tokyo after our lunch and it was only a few blocks away. I highly recommend the fried fish tacos - it was on the original menu and it’s $5 per taco (2 corn tortillas with chopped up fried fish covered with shredded fresh cabbage pico and drizzled with cream) and during lunchtime they often have a lunch special where you can get two tacos chips and salsa or rice and beans with a drink for under $15. Highly...
