Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Bad customer service! I walked to the subway from my place to get the sub of the day deal. When I got there the sandwich maker said that they didn’t have meatballs so I couldn’t get the sub of the day. Then after she wouldn’t honor the deal for another type of sub at the same price I asked for the manager. The manager said that she wouldn’t price match another sandwich and then I told that is not right. I came there because of the deal. A business must honor they’re word....

Reliable oven-roasted chicken sandwich.

While female employee was making my sandwich, a male employee (Hispanic, mustachioed) was showing the female employee a video on his phone and they were both giggling.

I don’t know think it is professional for employees to behave in this manner in front of customers.

Music could be lowered to a more tolerable volume and maybe change it to something more original and easy to listen to like upbeat jazz or don’t have...

We went for breakfast sandwiches today (Sunday morning at 9:00am) It was the worst Subway sandwich ever! The bread they used was so old that it tasted awful. Even though it was morning and they should have baked breads and be ready for morning customers, they only had 2 kinds of old bread from the day before. The eggs were not in good...
