Every Friday I stop on my way home to buy a sub sandwich for dinner. On Sept 14th I stopped like normal purchases a footlong BMT and a Medium soda. When I got home, I opened my sandwich and 2 gnats flew out.
The following Friday, I stopped to bring this to their attention. The guy that was working found my receipt on the computer(the week before they asked me if I wanted me receipt, I declined since I didn't think I would need it) and made mentioned that he remembered me.
He didn't know how to refund my money, and I refused to eat food from that particular subway anymore. He started to purchase a gift card with his own money stating "the owner tells me to do it this way and then he pays me back" I would not let him do that.
He then said he would call the owner/manager. He came back and said that the owner manager said I could either get a replacement sandwich then or produce my receipt for a refund. (Again, the previous week I was asked if I wanted my receipt and I declined). I chose to left and decided to leave a bad review. As this will more than likely cause others NOT to do business with this Subway
1st. Do NOT eat at this subway-The food has bugs in it. 2nd. Do NOT ask for a refund because you will not get it. 3rd. If you do take your life into your own hands and go to this subway, ALWAYS ask for a receipt.

Read morePlaced an online order while standing in the restaurant to take advantage of deals that were available in the app but not in store. Even with three employees working the front counter, I still received my sandwiches after 4-5 people that trickled into the store after my order had already been placed had already gotten theirs. Took entirely too long to get my order.
Also, when I filled my soft drink, I discovered that the carbonation was out on the machine as ALL the drinks were flat. Spoke to an employee to ask to have it changed, but no one ever took care of it. I had time for my wife & I to both finish our sandwiches (mine was a footlong!) & chips without any change to the carbonation. I tried to refill my drink before we left, but it was still flat, so I know they didn't do anything.

The lady with red braids was patient, kind, and prepared excellent sandwiches. She took the time to chat for a few moments and shared that she chooses to make her job fun. Both people working in the dining room were cleaning. We enjoyed our meal and walked to the door. The young man said, “Miss! You forgot something!” I had accidentally left my wallet on the chair.
