Well, this sucks! After three years here at the Loveland store and 3 years at the White Oak store as weekly if not sometimes twice a week customers, we are sadly not going to order from Marco's again :( I called to place an order the same order I always get XLG cheese and XLG Pepperoni sometimes i get a cheesy bread when I fill out the surveys which by the way I give all 5 stars and amazing reviews and get my free cheesy bread. So my order total is usually around $22 bucks with just the pizzas and around $27 with the cheesy bread. Well, we bought a house recently and have called the same Marco's at least 3 times in the past 3 weeks and my address wasn't updated again and the girl on the phone while nice, asked for my address. I placed the order and was about to give her my card # when she said the total was $30..I asked her if they were put in for the same amount that i usually get about 10.99 for the pepp and 9.99 for the cheese and she wanted to argue with me and say that they don't have that special anymore. It's not a special its just the price they give me the pizzas for b/c i call there all the time. Well I guess they have switched over to this new system my inof never saves...
Read moreThe location seems to be unable to deliver correct orders in a timely manner. We always have issues with this location. Last time we ordered it took 3 hours to finally get the correct pizza. This time we talked to the manager when we placed our order. I asked him to make sure our order was correct. I asked him several times to make sure it was correct. It was not, we were missing items. I called back and asked them to bring me the other items I ordered and paid for, they did not.
This location and its managers clearly don’t care about the business. They don’t care about the customers. They don’t care about their food.
