STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered food for three people, one of the items was a cheeseburger club. When I called to place the order I specifically asked what kind of bread do you use - usually with a club you get a choice of bread and a club uses 3 slices- he said white , that’s fine and I ask is it toasted? His reply “yes toasted white bread” Great-so I place the order and my daughter picks it up and I get a burnt hamburger on a roll. I called and got the same man I spoke with earlier and he told me “ I put it on a bun so it won’t slide off the bread. But I specifically asked you on the phone and you said you put it on toasted white bread, this isn’t a hamburger club, it’s just a hamburger on a bun. Well that’s the way I make it he says. I’ll bring it back for a refund and he says fine. I live very close so I bring it back and he only gives me half the money! I tell him to give me all my money back and he says NO! He says I put a free bottle of soda in that bag because of the amount you spent so go home and get the soda! What A COMPLETE JERK, no I’m sorry for the misunderstanding,I went out to my car to get my phone and when I came in to make a call he threw the money at me. I told him a would write a review about this and he said he didn’t care. Well let’s see if the owner cares..... The other two meals we had were not great not awful but...

Under new management beware!

So i don’t know if this has to do with the new management but the service is very poor now. The guy that takes the orders over the phone is very rude and has no customer service what so ever.

On top of that I have been eating at this establishment for a long time now and it’s always the same thing a chicken finger sub. Now I ordered two subs a large and a small. How does the small have more chicken then the large. This has never happened to me so I called to ask about the issue and the guys excuse was that the bread is bigger so it just looks that way. Well if the bread is bigger and it’s a large shouldn’t it have more chicken? This is a terrible excuse and I simply believe the new management is trying to cut corners or are just plain cheap. Never had an issue with the previous owner....

WOW what a bad experience: moved into their neighborhood last fall. Often I'd call in and order take-out and pay over the phone so my girlfriend could swing by on her way here. Never had an issue before.

Today I called and the "owner for 15 years" told me he has never once accepted an advance payment before and he would not take my money. I said, wow really I've done this many times before. What's the problem?

The guy hung up on me for asking if I could PAY IN ADVANCE and being surprised when he wouldn't?

...and he's the owner?!

If you're in the area, Try Milan, Roma, Brando's, or Jillie's. So far they've been delighted to take my money whenever I try to give it to them.
