This is a Special Edition of “Let's Eat” Review of Braddock's Cask And Table. On Tuesday, September 9th, 2025 - Braddock’s Cask and Table hosted an Argentina Wine Pairing Dinner. The reason why this is a special edition is, well, I’m going to brag about a bunch of amazing food that you won’t be able to get because it was a part of their limited and exclusive monthly “Wine Dinners”. What I do hope to accomplish here is to show everyone how important it is to participate in these special dinners because this was nothing short of amazing. These dinners are served family style and we got to sit next to an amazing family. We became instant friends! Especially given the fact that the lovely young lady who was sitting right next to me has a brother who’s also a Flight Attendant and works for the same airline I do! SMALL WORLD! Sidenote, bonding through food is one of the best bonds a community can do in my opinion. Wine Pairing Dinner (Argentina) = $105.00 Upon arriving, we were greeted with a glass of Champagne and we had an opportunity to meet our hosts. Ms. Braddock herself greeted us and welcomed us warmly. We got to meet Chef Ingrid who runs the kitchen. Our Amazing Bartender prepared us a Moscow Mule that was quite possibly one of the best Moscow Mules we ever had. The first course was a Shrimp Appetizer that was cooked to absolute perfection. It came with this amazing sweet heat sauce that was tangy and perfectly complimented the white wine that was served with it. Following the appetizer was Provoleta on a Sourdough Crusty Bread that had EVERYONE begging for more. Salty, Creamy and incredibly well seasoned. Provoleta is a cheese and it was melted over the pan seared sourdough bread. (Personally, I could have eaten 20 of these things and been VERY happy) This was served with a Rose wine that made the cheese pop! The First Main Course was a Pork Milanesa, which is kind of like Pork Fried Steak but it’s seasoned WAY better. It was served with a wonderful sauce that was creamy and tasty. This was served with a wine that brought out the sweet and savory boldness of the pork. The Second Main Course was a Tomahawk Steak Chimichurri. Chimichurri is a very typical Argentine Garlic and Parsley sauce which makes the steak jump out at you. The steak was grilled and the thing that impressed me the most was, each family style serving offered rare, medium and well done. THAT was impressive. The flavour was out of this world. This was served with a Malbec that was dry and smoky, perfectly complimenting the meat. The dessert course was Two Alfajores (Pronounced Alf Ah Hor Rays) and they would compare to a shortbread cooking dipped in chocolate and filled with a homemade filling. It was SO good! This was served up with a Port Wine, which, I normally don’t even like Port but this one was sensational. Summing It Up… The restaurant is closed to the public during these Wine Dinner Events and they’re always held on a Tuesday. (Braddock’s is going to HATE me for this, but….) they try to limit their guests for these dinners to no more than 15 but… I have it on good authority that they WILL host more than that based on demand. We paid $105.00 for everything and left quite full. The personal service and attention to detail is something you’d expect from a 5 Star Restaurant. Honestly, it would NOT surprise me if Braddock’s Cask and Table will become Macon’s very first Michelin Star Rated Restaurant. (At least that’s what I told the good folks at Michelin when I emailed my contact this morning) The Bottom Line… This is special. Pure and simple. Amazing food served by an amazing staff prepared by an amazing Chef and you get to experience this all with someone you love and meet new friends along the way. I cannot wait to do this again. This was the best $105.00 I’ve ever spent at a restaurant.

My husband and I had a last minute idea to dine out, and are glad that we landed at Braddock's Cask & Table. It was such a wonderful experience, and it was such a pleasure meeting one of the owners. From the service and atmosphere to the food... they don't miss a beat. We will certainly be returning. In fact, I think we've found, what will be, a regular haunt for us.

Great restaurant in downtown. The service is great and the bartender did a fantastic job recommending a wine to go with my dinner. All the food was excellent but I especially recommend the Mushroom Crostini as an appetizer. If exceeded my expectations.

I was not planning to leave a review, but this place is too good for people not to know about it. I'll come back and write a more in depth review another time. For now, I can say that they have a great happy hour with an excellent wine list, craft beers, and cocktails. The owner, I believe, is a somm and I chose the Malbec. Turned out they also had a special, featured Malbec and they opened both bottles so I could try both. At happy hour, wine by the glass is $2 off, so only $8 for an excellent wine. They serve warm bread with butter and jam (complimentary!) and I ordered the warmed olives. From 4 to 5:30 they only have the HH menu, which last night included lamb meatballs, deviled eggs, and a charcuterie board. Service at the bar was warm and attentive, ambiance is upscale urban, but casual and not stuffy. Their dinner menu is enticing and I'll be going back soon to...

We celebrated New Year's Eve with the prix-fixe menu and opted for the wine pairing. The evening started with a smoked Old Fashioned, smoked with peach wood chips—a nod to being in Georgia. Highly recommend this unique twist!

The winter burrata citrus endive salad was excellent, and the wine pairing was one of the best I've ever had at any restaurant.

For the main, I had the herb-crusted rack of lamb, ordered medium rare. It was cooked perfectly. The mascarpone cheesecake for dessert was a delightful end to the meal, with the mascarpone adding an upscale twist.

The service was good, and we enjoyed the experience so much that we returned for dinner on Friday night to try the regular menu, which was...
