I know it's cliché, but I really would give this place zero stars if I could. I waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru to get a simple order for one person. I figured maybe it's a rough night, they're slammed with customers, things happen. I was a little annoyed, but I got my burrito and went about my evening. Two nights later, I went back to get the same thing, but this time there was only one person in front of me, and they were already at the window. At the menu, I was told to wait a moment. So I patiently waited. And waited. And waited. After a few minutes, I politely reminded her that I was waiting to order. No response. I repeated myself, just a little louder. She immediately yells at me to "Wait a minute!" Now I'm getting pretty irritated. A moment later, she tells me to pull up to the window. Bewildered, I agreed. So I pull up behind the one person who was in front of me, still at the window waiting on their food. Finally they're given their food and they drive off. I pull up and the woman at the window (who turned out to be the manager) puts her hand on her hip and asks me "What do you want to order?" I give her my order, then she closes the window on me and walks away. For the next several minutes I watch employees walk around, talking, drinking drinks, eating cookies, laughing, leaning on things, etc. Finally, a different employee comes to the window...to take my card for payment. My food wasn't even ready. At this point, I just want to be polite until I have my food. The service is so horrible, I was worried they might spit in my food if I said anything. So I paid and waited some more. After several more minutes, I'm handed my food. So I ask to talk to the manager. The woman who took my order comes to the window and I ask her if everything is okay. She seems confused, so I explain that I was wondering if there was an accident, or if things are broken down, because I just spent 30 minutes in an empty drive thru. She rattles off some unintelligible excuse saying that employees walked out and there's customers inside or some nonsense. We go back and forth for a moment before I just decide to leave.
This all took over 30 minutes. My burrito was cold and the rice inside was undercooked.
I don't know who is responsible for the way things are being run at this location, but there's absolutely a leadership problem. I've genuinely never had this bad of an experience at a fast food restaurant before and I'm shocked that nothing...
Read moreThis place is just terrible. Everything about this place screams.. do not eat here. First they said they were out of pot pies. Ok. Whatever. Ordered other stuff. Waited 10 minutes for them to help the one car that was in front of us. Then we sat for another 10 minutes waiting for our food. The stoner working the drive through kept giving me these weird "I did something to your food" smiles. I don't know if he actually did do anything to my food or if it was just because he was stoned, but either way it was weird. Next I asked for a drink holder for the 5 drinks we ordered.. big surprise.. out of those too. Then, while we were sitting there for another 10-15 minutes waiting for our food I started looking around more and realizing there isn't a single adult supervising these teenagers anywhere. None at all. From what I can tell... what you have, is a store completely run by teenage stoners. At least thats the vibe I got. At this point I've already lost my appetite but we already paid and they finally gave us our food so I head home hoping the food isn't gonna get us sick. We start driving home and my wife checks the food and the chicken is cold and absolutely not fresh. Who knows how long it was sitting there or whether anything ever gets cleaned the way it should in this place. In the end we ended up throwing $30 of food in the trash can. We just couldn't bring ourselves to eat it. Everything about this place is a...
Read moreWe ordered the 16 piece bucket with 2 sides of mashed potatoes and gravy, 1 side of coleslaw and 1 side of French fries, the Dr. Pepper bucket of drinks and biscuits. Roughly $50.00 with tax. When we got to the restaurant to pick up the order, we were informed they were out of biscuits, out of French fries and out of coleslaw. That was most of my order. They offered substitutions, but I wanted what we ordered due to certain dietary restrictions. When I asked for a refund, the manager told me I would have to go online and cancel the order, which I was unable to do because it had already been paid for and posted to my bank account. Finally, after going inside the restaurant to resolve the matter, because I was asked to pull forward and wait, the manager gave me 2 $10 coupons that expired on 6/7/2020. I brought this to his attention and had him write something on the coupons to make them available for use even though they were expired from 2 years ago. As I was leaving the restaurant, I heard them saying they were now out of chicken, as well as everything else. When we got home with the food and began eating, the chicken looked old and was slightly burnt, and the gravy was from the bottom of the barrel and completely burnt. Honestly, I will probably end up never using the coupons I received because the experience was so terrible I don’t...
