McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

This by far has been the worst experience I’ve had at this location. I stood in drive through for over 10 minutes without someone coming to the speaker. I finally drove around to the window where I encountered two young ladies. They were very apologetic. Upon taking my order they had to call a manger since the coupon on the app expires in 15 minutes. After the manager took my order I realize on my receipt he charged me for an additional sandwich. I brought it to his attention and in response he says. “It’s only a quarter you can keep it” I said it’s not a quarter you chargers me for a complete extra sandwich. He began to get an attitude and saying sarcastic statements. It was so bad that the cashier kept saying she was sorry. The manager said his name was Eziekel. He is definitely not the definition of a manger. A manager is to train and develop his team and if these are the behaviors he’s allowed to teach shame on McDonald’s. This definitely left a bad taste in my mouth as I have never had an encounter my 4 years of going to this location. I believe he need to be trained on every level. I was charged 5.19 for a Big Mac which was additional and his response to say it’s a quarter. Even if it was a dime it belonged to me. I would never go to this place again during the evening. This has been beyond embarrassing to see a manger act as such and the associates are apologizing for his behavior. This is not what management is. This was poor customer service and poor management skills. I ended up leaving without the food and requested a refund immediately then he had the nerve to tell me I need to move my car up until my refund is ready. This was truly a joke after coming from work to deal with...

Really like how the table locators mean nothing here for some reason. Ordered dine in and entered my table locator after I finished and being the only people in this location I figured they’d have no issues bringing us our order like they usually would but apparently when the restaurant is completely empty and there’s nothing better to do they can’t bother bringing your order out and barely even call the order number out so my order sat on the counter for 10 minutes and was cold by the time I got it. There’s really no excuse for this considering the location was ENTIRELY EMPTY. And as I sit here typing this out is see they have no issues bringing the one other family that showed up their food but I don’t know what it was about us that made it so difficult to bring us our things. Didn’t even bother to give us a tray so it was soooo much fun eating our food off of the dirty tables they refuse to wipe down even though there’s nobody here and they clearly have all the time in the world. This was disappointing and made no sense at all. Pay attention and do better. There’s no excuse and it’s just lazy. I don’t expect some fancy service or the best of the best considering it’s McDonald’s but this was honestly pathetic and there wasn’t a single excuse as to why our orders weren’t taken care of in...

Tonight the service was a little slow. To their credit, I arrived around 10:05pm, when there are fewer employees on staff. During the daytime they're normally faster.

So, I rated this McDonald's 3 Stars because I've had great service here when they were timely and my order was correct...but challenges when my order was timely, "correct", but UNCOOKED.

So this past weekend I ordered a Fruit & Oatmeal bowl with butter, creamer, and the fruit on the side. For something so simple and straightforward, I didn't think I needed to check my order. I got home and much to my dismay, my oatmeal shook like a Maraca as I pulled it out of the bag; shaking the butter and fruit off of the top.

Shocked and ticked off, I drove all the way back to McDonald's in my MACAROON ONESIE... went in and talk to the manager. Showing up in my PJs with uncooked food in tow was a disappointment (he was the GM, by the way). Needless to say, he COOKED my oatmeal and gave me a couple of coupons for a free sandwich.

For some reason, I have yet to receive properly cooked oatmeal from this store. It's typically undercooked and I either ask them to add more water and re-cook it, or will do it when I reach my destination. I have to admit, their French Fries are the best among the three McD's I've visited near my...
