McDonald's Spicy Chicken Sandwich, yes, the chicken sandwich wars are on! I tried McDonald's new Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it's very good, I'd definitely get it again. I love a good chicken sandwich and have always wondered why only Chick Fil A could get it right. The Popeyes sandwiches are also really good, so I was excited to try McDonald's new entry. This spicy sandwich does have more of a bite than the others, but I appreciate the spice and it wasn't overpowering. The bun was soft and the pickles went well with the sauce. For the important part, the chicken breast (see photos) was generous, perfectly cooked, and with just the right amount of breading (my wife thinks Popeyes' sandwich has too much breading and liked this one better). Overall, this is another really good entry into the competitive chicken sandwich wars and I'm happy to have now another option. Try one, I hope you...
Read moreTerrible service. I've given this place multiple chances as its convenient and near my work. I have had exactly 0 pleasant visits here out of more than 10. I will never go back.
You can expect to wait in the drive thru for eternity, so don't be in a rush. Don't be fooled if no one is ahead of you, you'll just sit at a silent speaker for at least 5 minutes.
Go inside and expect to stand in either an empty room or a line to what feels like a theme park admission booth. You will become furious as several employees walk by and neither greet you, take your order or at the very least apologize for the delay.
This place needs a serious overall or demolition. Stay away from here, go a mile up the road in either direction and you will have much better service. Just over 95 you can get mcdonalds that actually care. The other direction you can get mcdonalds who won't ignore...
Read moreZero stars should be an option in these reviews. I understand this is "McDonalds" and not fine dining. However, even for cheap fast food, this location is at the bottom of the pack. Save yourself some frustration, and keep driving to another restaurant down the road. Service times are extremely long, order taking is a difficult process and inaccurate, the food is poor quality, the employees are not trained well, and the managers just don't care. These problems evidently stem from the top down; the office manager lacks the ability to address a complaint objectively and is completely incapable of resolving a customer concern. "Customer service" is not in her wheelhouse. She will not offer so much as an apology or take responsibility for a poor restaurant experience. She is defensive, loud, rude, and truly one of the most unprofessional people I have...
