Momo's Fish And Chicken Subs — Restaurant in Maryland

Over the past few years, I have really enjoyed MoMo's food. My friends and I order lunch from them. It's usually a group of us that order. We were pleased with the taste and the servings. There have been issues with them not having a driver but we hung in there with them. Today we ordered from them only to be disappointed with our portions. I ordered the 2 for $9.99 and found out that has gone up to 2 for $10.99. The delivery charge has gone up to $4.00 I ordered livers and fish on the 2 for $10.99 special and when I got my order, I had 5 livers. That's more than a $1.00 for one liver. My fries were downsized and I did not have any bread. My friend ordered gizzards and she had the same experience. We're unhappy. We had to pay more for the food and the delivery and we get less, that doesn't add up to me. I called them to let them know how we felt. The man I spoke with said they weigh their livers and gizzards now so you get a half a pound. This was not a half a pound. They must have left a couple in the fryer. He also said they don't serve bread any more. My question to him was how do you go up on the prices and serve a lot less food ? ? ? I could understand it more if they went up on the prices and kept the food orders the same. I ordered three chicken boxes, a small Mac n chz, and one boneless with fries. All of the food was dry and lacked any flavor at all. The chicken was dried out and the boneless was chicken breast cut up with no batter and fried to the point of smelling burnt. All of the meat was super dry and hard. To make things even worse once I got home, I noticed that all of the chicken boxes were just thrown into individual brown bags- no containers nothing. Just meat and fries in a brown bag!? I also ordered a small mac & cheese and it was basically noodles swimming in oil!! I opened the mac container & didn’t even taste it- it was obvious it was old. I threw it away immediately especially bc the hot food melted the thin plastic container and the lid to the mac had popped open. So I had a plastic bag full of chicken doused in mac oil. After spending $45 I can honestly say it was a waste of money. Nothing tasted good and I don’t know where these other reviews are coming from. Those reviews were why I even tried this place to begin...

Bought food from here a few times before it was pretty ok but this time the chicken smelled spoiled and the Mac and cheese wasn’t even finished it was so runny and undercooked. Mind you I’m the type of person to finish my food even if it’s not tasty just for the simple fact that my hard earned money was spent but this time I couldn’t. If I did I’d probably end up in the hospital that’s how bad the chicken tasted and smelled. I feel like some restaurants don’t even care about the customer’s health or satisfaction anymore it’s more about them making money because I’m positive they knew the chicken wasn’t good and the Mac and cheese wasn’t ready yet....
