This location is a joke. I went there last week to pick up a mobile order. When I arrived, the mobile order system went down. The cashier couldn’t figure it out and asked what was on the mobile order. I told him and he said “uhhhh okay I’ll try to remember that, ummmm, sorry it’s just been a weird morning.” I get it, we all have those days. I said no worries. He then says since the mobile system is down I could place an order. I asked how I should get refunded and he said to contact through the app. I placed a new order and pulled forward. I hand I’m my card and he immediately hands me a bag and says “this is the mobile order” and I said “wait, why did you have me place another order if you got my mobile order together?” He just gave hrrmmm and uhhhs and I said “I don’t want the second order I placed since I got the mobile then” and reached back for my card.
Let me be very clear. This employee fraudulently charged my card. He didn’t tell me “I charged you for this second order” and he didn’t provide a receipt. So now I’ve been getting the run-around trying to contact Wendy’s. The chat help can’t actually do anything, no one answers emails or calls. So now I’ve had to go as far as threatening to go back in to the location and be a Karen just to get this money that was stolen returned to me. Biggest joke and waste of my time.
Piss poor employee training, horrible corporate management. And it’s a franchise location and every franchise I’ve ever dealt with just does not care about you. Save your time and money and go...
Read moreI went through the drive thru on Dec 17th about 1:45pm. The woman taking my order would barely let me speak. I was attempting to order a Dave's double with cheese and no onion. Before I finished saying double. She interrupted me to ask if it was a combo. I said no and attempted to say with cheese and no onion but I was interrupted. I then ordered a double bacon cheese burger and before I could finish saying that the order taker completed the order on the screen and again asked if I would like a combo. Again, I said no. Then I was asked if I wanted anything else and I said please a small lemonade. She says ok, I'll have your total at the window. I drive to the window and I'm handed a bag after I pay and no words like thank you or have a nice day. I assumed I was waiting on my lemonade. The sliding door opens and someone says did you get everything? I said no, I ordered a lemonade. At that time I looked at my receipt and was told, well you weren't charged for it. I said I would like a lemonade. I then attempted to hand my card to pay for my lemonade. I was then told, no you're holding up my drive thru line. That last comment really irked my because I was attempting to pay and never once did I get a thank you or please pull forward or I'm sorry for the mistake and I said please send thank you...
Read moreI used to go to this Wendy’s a lot, but now it’s here and there. Today I came by and the manager was so disrespectful to me and my friend while we were paying in the drive-through. She messed up my friend’s drink, gave us cold food, and didn’t give us the sauce that we asked for and had an attitude with us because we ordered more than one order. After we drove back to get the sauce, she completely had an attitude with me, rolling her eyes, and talking about me to her staff in Spanish, even though I am Hispanic. I don’t think that she realized that I am Hispanic too and understood her disrespectful remarks regarding my appearance. I am not sure if this is the type of image that Wendy’s allows, but if the intention is to make everyone feel welcome, they may want to do some research. Our food was already barely warm when it was passed to us. I asked one of the kitchen staff members in Spanish to pass me sauce because by this time, the manager was already being unprofessional and was too worried about making comments on my appearance, then ensuring that I had the sauce. Hopefully, she learns that all Hispanics do not look like her and that it’s disrespectful to make comments like the ones...
