Daliono's — Restaurant in Marysville

Haven't had them in Years due to a couple bad experiences in the past. Decided to give them another try last night and wasn't that bad. I ordered a grinder and I was happy with the quality of the food. The customer service was also very nice and friendly. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and tidy, and looming into the kitchen it looked tidy as well.

Cons:

The prices here are slightly above what you'd expect to pay for the food. Also, I noticed that they had finished someone else's order and had it sitting on the counter. You'd expect a restaurant to keep someone's food warm if they weren't there to pick it up yet. Also, I placed my order for takeout and was told it was a 30 minute wait. I figured this was going to be the wait time anyway since it was around 6 pm. However, when I got there, there was no one in there! And there was no one else that had come in to get an order during the 10 minutes I was there waiting for mine. So it seems like a long time to have someone wait when you're not busy. Also, the restaurant was very dimly lit with no music playing and the TV was blaring the evening news. Not bad for takeout, but if you're dining in I can't imagine it being a very intimate experience.

Overall, I wasn't disappointed with my experience. Just not overwhelmingly positive. I feel like if they made a few small changes and lowered there prices a little bit, it would be much better and would attract much more business. I wouldn't avoid this place, but it's probably not my first choice for...

Service was horrible. Asked if they had coke product was told yes. Ordered a coke. Then after 10mins was told we are out of coke. Ordered a Sprite then never got it. I ordered a glass of wine and later was told they were out of that as well. The server the brought out 3 different types of wine for their selections and they were the little bottles of Barefoot wine. And was told here's what we have and by the way they are all warm. Water please !! And that came in a dirty glass. We ordered our dinner,mine came with soup and never received it till our meals came out,which was about 20 mins. later. Waitress dropped them off and never came back to check on us. Finally after about 15 mins I went up to the counter and asked for ketchup and had to wait several mins just to get someone's attention. We ran out of drinks during our meal and no one came to check on us. After 20 mins. and still no one came to check on us. Or give us a bill ,we just threw our money on the table and walked out.
