Service here keeps getting worse and worse. I have no idea how they are even still open. Tonight we ordered some pizza. They got one pizza completely wrong and forgot the Pepsi I paid for. Everything was also cold. I called and after they finally got on the phone, it was a kid who I could barely understand. I let him know I ordered on their website and that my drink was missing and one pizza was wrong. I told him I didn't care that the pizza was wrong, I'll eat it but I want the money back for the drink that wasn't delivered. He kept grilling me about what the driver was wearing and was it Pizza Hut or Doordash. I told him numerous times I ordered it off their website. I also asked what type of crust the Tavern style pizza was supposed to have. He told me he didn't know what that pizza was. I asked to speak to a manager, who might know what kind of pizza they sell. He apparently was the manager. Then he proceeded to ask me 3 times about every item on my order after I'd already given him my name and order number. I just wanted the money back for the drink. He said "you'll get it" then hung up on me. Great job Pizza Hut! I'll just call Dominoes or really anyone but...

The manager stated that she was new and didn't know how to fix the issue so she said she was giving me a credit for the entire order which a callback determined that was a lie. I ask for district manager info and the phone goes radio silent. If you don't want complaints then do right and fix the customer order correctly but most importantly due what you say that you will do. So I took a loss on my $53 and change and had to drive to McDonald's to feed my children as it was late at night I had just returned from chemotherapy so cooking was not on my agenda. I am permanently switching to Papa John's, no it's not their fault that I have cancer, however I utilize food places that deliver and expect my food to be right. When its not I expect the issue to be handled so that my 5 children and I can eat. Then to just sit the phone down when I asked the Manager for the district manager information is very unprofessional. Your manager promised me something that she should have delivered on but she chose to lie about...

I tried to call and it took 3 times before anyone answered and then I was told it should be being delivered and if not to call back. I gave it another 20 minutes and still no food so I tried to call back and it took 6 calls before anyone answered at this point they said theyād just remake it so I just drove up there to pick it up. When I got there they tried to say it hadnāt been paid for so I had to pull up online that I had in fact paid . They finally got it made and I got half way home before I realized They didnāt give me any of the extra sauces I paid for so I turned around and went back. Once I finally got home I opened my pizza and THEY DIDNT EVEN CUT IT !!! I tried to call them back to get a refund or at the very least a refund for the delivery fee since I had to pick it up myself but once again nobody was answering the phone !...
