Salad and Go — Restaurant in McKinney

This place just opened closely to one of my jobsites. I've been 3 times in the last week- very fast, healthy, and affordable. First experience customer service was great- 5 stars! Second visit, the lady at the window was extremely rude. She seemed very annoyed to be there and didnt say a word the entire time. When I asked for utencils, she sighed and seemed inconvenienced. Despite the rude service, I gave them a third shot today. Once again, customer service was poor. The lady who repeated my order back to me repeated it wrong- had me down for 2 different salads, but I ordered only one. No big deal- that can happen! However, when I responded nicely to correct my order, she interrupted me and said "That's what I said". If she had let her customer finish speaking, she would see she had my order wrong. 🙃 Her whole demeanor changed when she read me my total- she was clearly annoyed. This place would be a 5/5, but poor training and customer service brings it down to a 2/5. It will be a while before I will try again. Would have used this place to cater my local meetings but will find other options. Don't treat your paying customers like they are...

Decided to try it out one morning and what a waste of time. I pulled into one of the 2 order lanes and saw that one car who had already placed their order was at the window. I was greeted by a recorded message as i was the only vehicle at the order speaker. A second car pulled up at the other speaker at least a minute after i did and yet after we were both told by an actual human that they would take our order shortly, their order was taken first. I listened as the customer in the other vehicle that arrived after me was told they they were out of something and there would be a 10 minute wait for it. At this point I decided to abort due to the poor experience but I still had to wait another 5 minutes for the car that was already there when I arrived to get their food so I could exit the drive through lane. I love to eat here! Food is great and healthy, but every time i’ve come here i’ve been disappointed with the service. It takes a lot for me to complain but the consistency pushed me to do so. They workers are quite rude when giving you your food. Also i’ve seen a girl through the window pick at her finger nails throwing them on the floor which DISGUSTED me. They ARE teenagers working there so I understand they may not know professional behavior but maybe that would be a good talk to have with staff! I do love this place, this is just my...
