I have no clue what even happened to this place. The pizza used to be so good, and I’d order every day after my track practice. Now it is literally so bad, the last 6 or so times I’ve ordered it has smelt and looked like dog food. The cheese has been barely even melted, and there’s been way too much cheese on it. The crust is also not even crusty, it’s barely cooked. I feel like at this point, it’s MY fault for ordering over and over again hoping the quality will be better, because it never is. The only reason y’all get 2 stars is because of the boujee soda fountain. Literally whoever you have back there cooking those pizzas NEEDS to be re-trained because this is embarrassing. This photo is of my LAST STRAW, I put it on a tray so that I can properly cook it at home. Since y’all can’t do y’all job, apparently.

Very nice spot for a quick pizza they could be better but I guess from Memphis there a great. I love the option of making your own pizza but it's incredible how they don't have some of the most popular ingredients such as arugula apple slices thinn cut onions instead of onions chopped into dices, beets and many more other ingredients. Nonetheless very nice place with a nice open kitchen rather quick at their preparing filling bath thing is there a little forgetful and they mess up the orders but at the end the broad everything as it was supposed to be took him a while but they made it. I will probly go back unfortunately Memphis gives me limited options.

Monday Night Football = NO SOUND!! First of all, I love Pyros. But I specifically walked here from the local hotel for Pizza and Beer and Monday night football. They would not play the sound. (Ridgeway road location.) Completely horrible viewing experience! That being said… The staff is super nice and professional. The pizza was delicious and the beer cold. Unfortunately, unless they change the sound policy will have to Uber to farther away Pyros or other sports bar for sound during games. Disappointed…. Something so pointless. Without sound the place is quite depressing.

The customer service is horrible at this location. So much happened on my recent visit and I would not recommend this location to no one. First off, I visit this pyros often enough to know the prices… with that being said after I received my total for my most recent order, I was trying to explain to the cashier that something was off because just last week I ordered an entree and snack pizza for $24 and this time I was ordering 2 entrees and 1 snack and my total was only $27… the cashier was continually cutting me off. Once I finished paying and as I waited, I heard the manager and cashier discussing me.. however, the manager did not once address me to see what the issue was. Once it was time to get my order, they only brought 2 entree boxes to me and once I checked the receipt, the cashier did not charge me for my full order. Once realized, I was rung up incorrectly, I received my snack size pizza box and left. I went all the way to.my mom’s house and 1 of the entree pizzas had the wrong pizza inside(it was a SNACK size pizza with multiple toppings) but it should have been a entree pizza with ONLY OLIVE OIL AND CHEESE! So I took the pizza back to the store and asked for the manager because it was all bad. All for the manager to come out the back with the nastiest attitude. She got smart with me and was not apologetic for my inconvenience at all so one of the workers was going to start on the Entree pizza with ONLY OLIVE OIL AND CHEESE while the manager continued to get smart with me and we both exchanged words, all while I was on the on the phone with a friend. But the manager did not like that fact that I was giving her the same disrespect that she was giving me so she proceeded to say she was going to call the police… keep in my mind, she was disrespectful and so was I, however, there were no threats or verbal abuse to even make anyone feel unsafe. She picked up the phone to call the police BEFORE even refunding me, very weird because who is leaving without their money. After, she decides to give me my money back, she goes into the register and places the money ON THE COUNTER while I was standing in front of her. I walked away because that was disrespectful and I didn’t pay with cash so I didn’t want cash. So I told her that I wanted my money back on my card because that’s how I paid. So she proceeded to do a refund for my card and told her workers not to serve me. So I went to my car to place the order but in the midst of sitting there, the police arrived ands she told them she would not serve me online or in store THAT DAY!!! NO POLICE REPORT WAS FILLED NOR DID ANYONE GET MY NAME OR ANY INFORMATION FROM ME. Later that night, I sent my brother to get my son’s pizza with only OLIVE OIL AND CHEESE because my son was very upset he couldn’t get his favorite pizza. While my brother was ordering the pizza, the manager and employees were discussing me which was very uncaused for if you ask me. (They knew the pizza was for me because the ingredients that was on the pizza) My brother did get the pizza because as I stated my son really wanted it. Fast forward to the following weekend, me and my two kids decided to go on a lunch date to PYROS because they love pyros so much , they refused to serve me and my kids. The same manger from before was there and a male manager… after standing at the order window for about 5 minutes, the man manager came to tell me that I had to leave and that I was banned. However, as I stated before, no police report was filed nor did they have my information to inform me of being “banned” so how does that work? Nor did they have a valid reason as to b why I was banned because I did not violate anyone’s safety. So who banned me and how does that process goes because no one informed of being banned from something so small as back talk to the same manager that was getting...

My wife went here two Saturdays ago to get us some dinner. She arrived at 8:45pm, and they close at 9:00. When she walked in, she was refused service, rudely speaking to her saying they had already closed down the kitchen. If that’s the case, why do you say open until 9:00? So as she was leaving, the girl behind the counter who was rude to her, make a gesture at my wife, and blatantly laughed at her as she left.

I tried calling management for this location. No one answered, so I left a message (albeit a stern one) asking for someone to call me back, leaving my phone number 3 times, and no one has ever reached back out to me to explain or remedy this situation.

We frequent the Pyro’s on Germantown Parkway multiple times a month, and have NEVER experienced rudeness like this. Although we don’t appreciate the refusal of service when she was within their operating hours, we could understand it, and get over it. But the rude nature, the laughing, and the refusal to call back after you have a terrible customer experience? No. That is unacceptable.

Pyro’s Management, if you see this, you URGENTLY need to inspect your evening managers and reprimand your staff for behaviors such as this. They’re causing you to lose business, and destroying the reputation of a franchise we have grown to love. There’s obviously some training issues, and they reflect at the face of your business,...

Are you normally in the practice of deleting reviews that might not reflect your ideal level of service? Even if said review is fact based & truthful without malicious intent? I find it shocking when a company would have to stoop to the level of deleting a review. You should learn from the situation, educate your staff on how to prevent this and move on. Hell, you can easily turn a negative review into a positive one (Look up Amy's Baking Company, great story). By simply deleting a comment you lost the right to serve me cold pizza as well. Everyone has bad days; when I read a review I always keep that in the back of my mind. When an establishment deletes a fact based & truthful review this establishment is maliciously dishonest. You are intentionally misleading the public. For this reason I will never visit your establishment, not for the cold pizza. Hell, to me cold pizza in the morning is the best. But, I only eat my pizza from honest folks.

Also, I am sorry to have to give you 1 star. Google doesn't allow me to leave a review without any stars. Let me say this for all the "Putin" supporters... I have never had Pyro's Pizza, I am basing my "Hated it" star rating on their dishonest approach to customer reviews. So, in essence this is a review of their reviewing tactics - And that I...
