This place deserves 20 stars! One of THE BEST places in the USA I have visited. The food is phenomenal: it’s creative, delicious, made to the table, and the presentation is UNBELIEVABLE! Incredible atmosphere, fresh wild flowered on a table, old-school soft jazz music played on a turn table (!!), and a cozy warm feeling of a small European restaurant - we felt like on a vacation abroad and not in NJ. Our server Francesca was just outstanding - she described every meal with such a passion that my partner and I wanted to order everything on the menu. Francesca takes pride in the restaurant and really is an amazing person. The other waiter, Jeff (sorry if we are wrong) was very friendly and accommodating. My partner and I could not stop saying “awe” with every new meal we ordered, and later we went to shake a hand to the chef, Philip Manganaro. It was a big pleasure and a big honor to meet all the staff members since the restaurant is truly a gem. We are DEFINITELY coming back and bringing a little present for Philip with us.
