Burger King on Peoria and Mississippi in Aurora CO On Saturday 20th My wife and I decided to take our 2 kids to Burger King one is 5 and the other is 3 years old. It was for a late lunch and we all really wanted to dine in, we all were starving. When first came in to the facility my 3 year Daugther asked my wife to take her to the restroom, we waited with my other kid right in front of the restrooms for my wife and daugter to come back. It was less than a minute when my wife and daugter came back. My wife told me there is no way we can use this restroom it is very disgusting and I lost my apetite just by what I saw, she told me. My daugter insisted on needing the resroom so I took her to the mens restroom and what a mess I found in there, the toilet was clogged and stuff all over the toilet, I told my daugter to get out of there the smell was as bad as you can imagine, however my daugter did touch the privacy door by the toylet, I tried to wash her hands and the dispenser was out of soop. I told my wife what happen in there and we all walked outside, my wife took the kids to a wallgreens store just across the street, meanwhile I went back inside to order for the kids only, I didnt fell hungry any more. as I waited for my 2 whopper sandwiches I paid attention around and there was trush every where (floor and even on the tables). I told the cashier to put my meals to go and also I asked to talk to a supervisor. A couple of minutes later a young lady came and asked me if I needed something, I did explain the restrooms situacion as well as the trushy floor in the facility ,this was her answer: I know that, its just that we are short handed Sr. Knowing the circustances on how the place was, I wonder what the kitchen looks like, and to be honest I will take the time to report this to the Health Department to see if they can...

I have changed my review from one stars to five stars. And I'm going to tell you why. After contacting their corporate offices and not their web page. Not only did I get a response I also received. Sincere apologies... And my full refund. That is how you handle customer service!! Five stars all the way around to their team!! Well I will not remove the review below, maybe you can use it as a guide on how to contact them if this happens to you if you order online and show up in your food is not there. Don't contact the bot, contact their corporate offices and I reach them through Facebook Messenger is where I got the best response!! Keep up the good work. BK!!
I ordered lunch for my crew through their website, got an order confirmation for the entire thing. Drove to the restaurant to pick it up and they said they never received my order. They refused to give me the food even after showing them that we had confirmed all five meals would be ready and it even told us what time to be there. I have been going round and round with a bot on their website via email. None of the information that I have given to this bot is being digested. Instead I get the same answer over and over again. I have requested to speak to a human. Both telephone numbers for their corporate offices lead me to nowhere and try to get me to go back to the same site and argue with another robot. I have now gone through another avenue on another page of Burger Kings an emailed upper management. Let's see if they have any humans working upstairs who can use a telephone. $60.40 is there refund? I will be expecting. You guys need to get your poop...

I blame management for the bulk of these problems such as hiring incompetent people who don't want to service people and make business bad for customers. I always tell people spend your money where it's appreciated!!! Also, I went to Burger King on NW 27 avenue and 179 street, Miami Gardens, Florida today, April 25, 2025 and I could not get service inside the restaurant. The cashier was only taking orders from drive thru. And the machine inside the restaurant didn't have the jr. Whopper duo's listed. So I left the restaurant and went thru drive thru. I ordered 2 whopper duo's with cheese and no ketchup and 2 small fries. I received 2 burgers and 4 fries. Wow, also the customer service number is not working. The call rangs and disconnects. Things are bad! And the cashier and other service members didn't know that "2 whopper duo's will amount to 4 sandwiches. Wow, wow! this is the second time this has happened. I'm lost for words!!! I just told the cashier to give me the order, although it was wrong. I received 4 fries and 1 jr. Whopper duo. The manager just gave me 1 more jr. Whopper duo. I stopped trying to figure this out! I guess employees hired today are not required to be educated. Shame, shame, shame! Burger King, please mandate workers be able to read at third grade level....
