Hardee’s — Restaurant in Millbrook

It doesn't get any slower, I even think I would get faster service if it was closed and torn down. I watched them process one car at a time through the drive through, seriously. I was one of them. When I pulled up I was 4th in line for the speaker. I watched an entire episode of the Phillip Defranco show while waiting to order, that's 17 mins on average. When i got to the speaker i was asked to wait, that was a minute or two. Almost half a song. Ordered and pulled around. There was no cars between the speaker and the window, it took another song to get my food, just 2 biscuits. When i was pulling away i heard the lady ask the next car what they wanted, that was quoting. There were no cars behind me, as i passed the front of the building the drive through line was out of the parking lot. I would not normally post this, but I go here often and almost all the experiences are the same. Slow and 1 car at a time. I called and messaged the owners Paradime investment and heard nothing. (Update:Got charged as a BLT hand breaded chicken sandwich I’m sure that’s more expensive than what they gave me.)I’m not mad the sandwich I got was pretty good,but I just wanted to say about an hour ago we came through the drive thru and ordered we ended up not getting the sandwich I wanted instead got one different.We had to repeat our order because the lady taking the order said the order back to us and got one thing wrong so we corrected her without any problem and thought we got it corrected.I don’t know if she still couldn’t understand what we wanted or if the guy that handed us the food put the wrong thing in our bag.I ordered a BLT hand breaded chicken sandwich we were the only car in the drive thru it wasn’t busy so I didn’t think they could get that wrong,but anyway we got home and the sandwich they gave me was a chicken sandwich with pickles.I know there are mess ups sometimes just wanted to share my story.I will be checking my bag in the parking lot next time even if it isn’t busy and all we order is 2...

Walked in looking for smoked sausage after seeing the sign—turns out they were out. But shoutout to the staff for being cool and quick on their feet. I ended up with the sausage breakfast burrito combo and some tots, and honestly? It hit the spot.

The burrito was surprisingly good—fresh egg, folded like an omelet, wrapped tight. I even added tater tots inside and hit it with that Texas Pete hot sauce for the razzle-dazzle. Hash browns had a crispy bite, and the Dr. Pepper (poured from the back since the machine was down) had solid carbonation and flavor.

Dining room was a bit rough—bathroom had one working toilet and looked like it used to have 25—but service was friendly and fast. Food was fresh and satisfying. For $10, this Hardee’s meal delivered.
