I ordered the 2/$5 breakfast special (sausage &egg biscuit and french toast sticks). The French toast sticks were old,dry, and barely warm-borderline cold. I circled back around and informed the cashier at the window, she was polite and told me they'd drop new French toast sticks and that I'd have to wait 4-5 minutes. I waited and a nice gentleman brought out the "new" sticks. They were in fact hot, BUT they were still hard and dry. I had two children in the vehicle heading to a doctor's appointment, so I couldn't wait any longer for round 3. I called and asked for the manager. THIS is where the problem came in. I informed her of what had occured and my unsatisfaction with the food. She told me that they had a cook time of 2.5 min and was very nonchalant and rude. I asked her if they had a cook time of 2.5 min, then why was I asked to pull forward and wait 4-5 min... which I did. Her response was "well idk, unless you want us to reduce the temperature from 350, there's nothing I can do". My thing is this, I order these often, and I don't usually complain about food, BUT BOTH TIMES my sticks were hard and dry. I know from previous orders that they're not usually like that. The manager's attitude was so off-putting that I will NEVER spend another dime at this location. A simple apology and offer to rectify the situation would have been appropriate. Especially since I waited for them to correct the problem the first time. I never asked for anything free, but rather that they properly cook my food. At this point, if you can't serve edible food and give decent customer service...then why are you even open?! I see why they're never busy I hope they go out of business. Kudos to the polite cashier and young man that brought my "corrected" order out... because their manager ain't worth...
Read moreI went thru the drive thru and it was a bad experience other than the nice voice that took my order and it went down hill from there. The employee opened the window and handed me my coke and I tried to hand her my debit card and she said swipe and I could barely reach the machine she stuck out the window then I waited 10 min with not one person opening the window to let me know anything , instead a girl stood in front of the window with her back to the window with her long hair mashed up against the window then she walked off and then another girl walks up and shoves the bag thru the window with not even a thank you or is there anything else you need. I will go across the street next time to Chick filet where they know how to treat a customer. I also tried to call the # listed for this location and it says this # is not a working # so you need to change on your website for those that would like to call the manager. I paid and was asked to pull forward and that someone would bring food to us. Had our drinks before food but no straws and cups had all ice and not much drink. I went inside to have them refilled while waiting. Another lady said our lobby was closed. I said that is fine I am waiting in the drive thru for my food and I need a refill. She choose not to help me. The lady working drive thru refilled my cups and gave me my food. I was wearing a mask and I thanked her for her time and my food. Everything was correct on the order. However one one person was happy with his meal. My chicken club tasted awful and the chicken was burnt. My sons burger was sloppy and kept sliding apart. Veggies looked good.
