At the location in the Great mall I sent my 12-year-old to get their own food while I waited for my own next door. I watched as the staff was totally rude to my quiet and shy kiddo and then continued to watch as they took care of all the orders except my son’s until none were left. Finally I went up there myself after 20 minutes of waiting only to find out that the cashier had been rude never gave them the slip for the order. When I looked at the receipt they gave my son, they had given him a torn off portion of the bottom with any mention of customer service numbers, order numbers, or the cashier who rang him up removed (presumably to avoid complaints directed at their terrible service). That’s not going to stop me from complaining when you treat people poorly (store numbers are public). Super disappointed that they’re hiring such trashy people. This popeyes location does NOT deserve your money. The first issue with my order I came across is that my 5 piece combo came with no biscuit. I wouldn't be writing this review if this was the only issue. I had also ordered the spicy tenders on the app, but I got regular. The "tenders" I recieved were interesting to say the least. 2 of my chicken tenders were regular sized, but the other 3 looked to be remnants fried together, 3 of my chicken tenders were less than half the size of the 2 regular tenders, so I got closer to 3 and a half tenders for the price of 5. The expo station visible to customers did not appear to be cleanly and was very disorganized. Overall, this location scammed me out of 2 tenders and a biscuit. For the price, this is ridiculous. WORST CUSTOM SERVICE EVER. Please avoid Popeyes great mall if you want to order online. I ordered on Grubhub and came to pick up my food, they told me they did not have my order even I showed them my order page and order number and they told me they never had order number like the one shown on Grubhub. They kept telling me I was wrong about my order and they even accused me trying to pick up other people's order. I asked to see the manger and the manger finally found my order. However, the manger was extremely rude, she threw the food to me and said nothing, not even one sorry. She acted like I was the insane customer while I was just trying to get my food.
