LATEST update on this location....: Always a 15+ minute wait for food and only 1 time in the last dozen times have they got the order right. Current visit I order Double Cheese burgers and get McDoubles instead.. Over 10 min for the fix (which wasn't done yet) so I requested a refund. Got the refund and took the food I still paid for and a crew member accused me of stealing the food, stating I got a refund (even though the refund was NOT for the food I was leaving with). Get home and find the regular cheese burgers had 1 that ended up being a regular hamburger (so money they stole from me). The 3 cheese burgers were supposed to have Xtra Onions and Ketchup, HOWEVER, there was barely any onions any of them PLUS I was charged an extra $0.30 per a cheese burger for the extra onions (more theft from them). EVERY visit there they have the fryers beeping for over 5 minutes, so if you're in the lobby, be prepared for a migrane. So between next to never getting orders right, stealing from the customer, accusing the customer for stealing food they paid for and NEVER being fast food, I'd actually give this place a NEGATIVE 5 stars. Previous visit I gave them back my receipt to show they didn't do it right. I never received the receipt back. I texted the store manager (number from the sign) and they said they'd call up there and see what's going on. ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT FROM THE STORE MANAGER TO MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT WITH ME. I'm to the point where I honestly feel this location needs to shut down. Of the McDonald's in the area, this is BEYOND the worst, as never have I been to a place that can't get things right especially when they take too long. So if you're in the area looking for something to eat, I STRONGLY suggest Arby's, Wendy's, Cousins, Taco Bell, or KFC. Hell, even go to Speedway and grab food there, that is unless you enjoy long waits, screwed up orders, and having a company steal from you and management doesn't actually care. Original rating below A 1 star is beyond pushing it, as this place deserves negative star reviews.
Previously after working a late shift, I stopped by at about 4am and it took over 30 minutes to get my order and there was only 2 vehicles ahead of me.
Earlier this week I decided to stop there again. I am not the biggest fan of going through the drive thru if the lobby is open so I went into the lobby. The entire place was nothing but pure chaos! Several employees were more concerned about restocking things behind the counter instead of helping customers. The gal that took my order was clearly a new employee, but of the 6+ other employee's visible, nobody seemed to wish to help her with any of her questions to help move my order along (she seemed to be the only one that cared). Fryers were beeping the entire time I was there other than maybe 10 seconds.. My hash browns were cooked for about 10 minutes, making them beyond horrible when I got them. My other food was long done so it was barely even warm by the time I got it. I was handed my complete order 15 minutes after paying for it. 15 minutes does NOT designate fast food.
Filled out the survey on the receipt requesting management contact me, several days later, no word from them. Clearly management there cares about as much as the majority of the employees there about customers.
This is now the 2nd McDonalds in the area I'm refusing to provide business to. There's only one more left close to my house, so the corporation as a whole is going to not be seeing a dime from me anymore at...

I asked for a double cheeseburger & he said they “didn’t have any” — I tried to clarify (because he seemed like he was a little slow or just didn’t want to be there) and said “you don’t have a double cheeseburger? Like, with two patties on the same bun?” And he again said “we don’t have those” at this point I’m dumbfounded bc that’s a first…
so he offers the two cheeseburger meal where I finally just decide to say yes. While he’s ringing this order I scan the menu ONLY TO FIND THE DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER PLASTERED ON THE SCREEN! So I say “give me the double cheeseburger idc if it’s a meal or not” AND THIS WEIRDO has the audacity to get upset WITH ME for changing my order midway through (for what I originally asked for?)
and very much shows that by rolling his (clearly) “sleep deprived” puffy eyes, AND TAKING A LONG PAUSE as if he needs to recollect himself from refraining* to get “defensive” TOWARDS ME!? So my receipt prints out and he collects it along with a string of others already attached to the unkempt register and CRUMPLES it up with the others without asking me if I wanted it? Which I did, to make sure he didn’t charge me for anything extra.
I ask for it and he gives me the wrinkly receipt with a heavy sigh and obvious eye roll.
Please don’t hire aggressively intimidating men who seem like they just got out of prison and can’t handle a simple task because their product knowledge is sparse. He alone made the entire ordeal last a good 5 minutes extra with his deep breathes and eye rolls and long pauses just to stare at me or into space WHILE I WAS WAITING for him to easily press the digital buttons to correct his mistakes.
As far as every one of his* coworkers, they were all polite. Very kind people and seem to be used to his* ghetto demeanor where he lacks integrity and work ethic because after my order was placed he went right to the back and sat on his phone. Read moreThe worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's I waited over 20 minutes and that is even / the cashier not my say so in line at the drive-thru with only two cars in front of me to get my food then the register receipt is not working so I get no receipt so I pull away and realize they get my drink wrong and one of my sandwiches wrong so I go inside with the drink and they got one of those soda machines in the lobby so I just get my own drink I go up to the counter with my sandwich I literally stand there for about six or seven minutes with four employees walking around talking and gossiping of these four it seems only one is really working finally a young lady asks if I need help and tell her that they gave me the wrong sandwich that the quarter pounder I got should be a quarter pounder Deluxe so she takes my Quarter Pounder and back and precedes to Simply add lettuce tomato and mayonnaise to the same Burger that I brought in when she brings that back up I tell her I'd like her to go back and make a fresh one they go back it makes a fresh one if you want to call it fresh and brings it up it had one tomato a slice of lettuce that wasn't even big enough to cover the burger and no mayonnaise so I wait another 5 minutes to get him another employee to tell them that they made sandwiches in correctly that employee questions me about whether there should be mayonnaise on the sandwich which point the man just says yes so she goes back and precedes to add mayonnaise to me I go out and leave and eat my now cold sandwich and this whole experience inside the store took me another 10 to 12 minutes at least so that is over a half hour to get two sandwiches and a soda ignored by a bunch of employees and have them make the same what's wrong 3 times without anybody ever saying I'm sorry or what can I do for you I will never go back to this location ever again and if I knew who the owner was I would make sure I reported it I highly suggest and nobody else uses this property by the way this was at 3 in the afternoon on a Monday with about four people inside of them store so they weren't busy that's all...
