If I could give this a negative infinity stars, I would. My family had a HORRIBLE experience with this restaurant. First of all, my mom ordered chicken tikka masala with her dish. She arrived at our home, and discovered that the workers at the restaurant had forgotten to add the chicken tikka masala to her purchase. Then, she had to call the restaurant back, and they said on the phone, “we will send someone to your address as soon as possible” or something along those lines. During the phone call, she had to repeat our address twice for him to understand, and he didn’t even repeat the address back. That’s not a big problem, but the fact that she needs to know that he knows where he is going. The driver that was delivering our chicken tikka masala said that he would be at our house in 15 minutes, but the driver managed to make that 15 minute wait turn into a 45 minute wait. Already irritated, my dad goes outside to get our food from the driver. While my dad is walking out to the driver, the driver appears to have been laughing and had a smile on his face saying “I got lost”. Now, this would be more believable if the driver wasn’t driving a Mercedes. Those cars have good technology, so I don’t know what happened there. Also, not to mention, he left no apology. We all are eating dinner, while I chew on something crunchy. I think it’s a piece of uncooked rice, until I go with my gut to pull the thing that I am chewing out of my mouth. I found a literal piece of METAL in my mouth. It was in my chicken tikka masala. Now, mind you, I’m a 10 year old. I don’t know what type of metal that is, but that should not EVER be in ANYONES mouth, ESPECIALLY a 10 year olds. I’m very lucky I trusted my gut on that one, because I would have swallowed the piece of metal if I didn’t. There is a picture below that shows the piece of metal I found in my mouth from my food. I told my dad, and he called the restaurant telling them what happened. The person on the phone kept insisting that they remake the chicken tikka masala instead of him getting a refund. The person on the phone finally gave in, and agreed to give him a refund. They said that they would give our family a refund, but my family is very doubtful they will. In the meantime, we will be checking to see if they gave us a refund. I DEFINITELY do NOT recommend this restaurant.

Ordered through Uber eats but I couldn't write an actual review. Let me start out by saying that the taste of the food was excellent! Flavor was spot on. HOWEVER, 2* because the order of Butter Chicken was VERY lacking in chicken and abundant in sauce. Tasted great though. Here's the kicker though. I ordered Lamb Korma and there was meat, but I would have to say, the meat was outnumbered my bones and fat. Seriously though, THIS many bones in a single serving or Korma? I don't expect ANY bones, but I understand if one slips by. But this was ridiculous. One was so large and sharp (and hidden by the sauce) that it cut the inside of my mouth. Need to do better. I loved the flavor. The Basmati rice was perfect, the nan was great, but the small portion chicken and bones in the lamb may prevent me from returning.

We had our anniversary lunch here and I was very impressed with the hospitality of host Chef Mukesh. He kept our table ready with balloons, candles and nice decoration (All complimentary). He was gracious enough to click our picture to capture the moments. He was always smiling and made our anniversary lunch experience memorable. Coming to food - It was fresh, tasty and not greasy. We tried chicken tikka masala, Gobi Manchurian and naan and they were absolutely yummy. The food was priced reasonably as well. The time from ordering food and food on table was impressive. The restaurant had a nice ambience, clean and soothing art work on wall and lighting. They have nice selection of liquor as well. Their menu is simple and easy to understand. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, who enjoy Indian cuisine.

This place gets a 'ONE' star owing to the dumbness of the customer service. I am originally from India and have seen my share of horrible customer service back in my native country and this place reminds me of it ! Wow I was shocked by the absolute imbecility shown by the manager (At least he acts like a manager). I went there twice, and BOTH the times it was like a horrid experience. Maybe I a stickler for good service especially while I'm eating since it de-stresses me. I will narrate my experiences and you might think I'm making a big issue out of it, but i can only describe them in words and not the expressions and tones of the manager..

  1. The first time I went there was with my girlfriend who had come to visit me since currently we live in different cities. We went there around 6:30 and were surprised to find that the entire place was EMPTY ! Now does that tell something about the place ? We didn't know. We sit down anxiously and begin to gloss over the menu. Meanwhile, the chefs (looked like it was them) and the waiters were in the same room. Now that's OK. But they are constantly chattering in their own language, shouting and laughing which was very very irritating. An imbecile (manager) comes to out table and asks if we were ready. We tell him we need some time. A sincere waiter comes to out table and serves a 'padadm' and some chutney, we tell him, we'll be ordering a take out dinner. He says OK and still keeps the padam on out table. That was nice. Now the imbecile comes again and confirms if we were not going to eat in the restaurant indeed. When we say YES, he grabs the papadam plate and takes it away ! That was SO insulting ! I was SOOOOOO furious, I wanted to get out ! But my gf insisted we stayed, order and just get the hell out of the place. We got the food and went home dissatisfied. The curry was fine but the rice was very bad, almost stale.

I thought MAYBE, I had a bad experience once and should give the place a second change.

  1. I went there on a Sunday afternoon for their buffet. This time its NOT empty. I say to myself, 'this started well'. There is no one to greet me or help me find a seat for quite some time. So I go towards the buffet and ask the waiter if I could start eating. He doesn't even look at me and say YES. I grab a plate, fill it with food and grab a nice place near the window. I was alone and felt awkward so i wanted to enjoy some outside view. The imbecile (manager) comes to me when I am JUST about to start my lunch. He asks me and I quote, “How many people”. I say just me. And to my horror he says, and I quote again, “SIT THERE” and he points to a place exactly in the middle. Now I was occupying a place that was meant for four people AND there more than half of the restaurant EMPTY so there was not reason for him to worry. I sit at the table and he makes me get up again and says, “NOT THERE, HERE”. According to him I would be blocking other people walking towards the buffet. There was at least 5 feet wide space behind me to walk !!!!!!!!! I get up again and occupy the other seat. I eat as less and possible and just the hell out of the place.

People do yourself a favor. Avoid this place. Maybe this place was better some years back, but it’s a...

Unlike that other person I don't go to a buffet to have a conversation with the server/owner. But server was bored when I got there cause the place was empty and only had one filled table, which worried me a little since low traffic usually means bad food.

But GOD DAMN, I was really impressed by the chefs taste buds. The two boneless chicken dishes were perfect in sauce thickness, saltiness, chosen spice flavors and the meat was cooked perfectly. The tandoor chicken legs and thighs, perfect; not dry at all. The lamb, just as great!! I will admit, I do not like my food too hot and for me it was good mix of being almost hot to mild, but taste wise, the food was AMAZING. I don't eat much veggie items, but my wife said she loved the saag even though it didn't have paneer in it, but she said it was one of the best saag dish she had tasted. I can't imagine the other items were any worse. But I will end this part with to each his own but for me, 4th Indian buffet I've tried in the MKE area, and definitely my top 2 contesting for #1. I will definitely be coming back so I hope they get more traffic and stay in business. Hoping my visit was just a fluke that day for traffic.

If the chef/restaurant people read this end part, please consider using ground spices in your sweet dish, the khir/rice pudding, Vermicelli dish and the gulab jamuns. Biting into those cardamom seeds when enjoying the sweet dishes was very irritating. Even more so because I love my dessert and was the only part of the meal I couldn't thoroughly enjoy.

I really hope my experience wasn't a fluke because I am usually not impressed enough to want to leave a review. Maybe I'll update after...
