Subway — Restaurant in Milwaukee

During a trip to this BP/Subway, I witnessed the old man have a negative encounter with a customer. I was next in line, and I asked for change. He was in such a bad mood, very unprofessional, and I wouldn’t want to ever come here again. The young lady at Subway was very calm, and worked with me. After I left, I saw as the old man approached the young lady and kind of scolded her for giving me change with the item I purchased. I did inform a friend about this, who was about to enter to purchase. He left and went to another store. I doubt corporate (Subway or BP) will give a damn, but I figured I should post this review so others are aware, and are precautious...

OMG... they don't know how to make your sandwich, but they sure know how to upcharge you for it. Told me a "footlong pro" wasn't available until they update their menu sometime at the end of July. Grabbed the wrong bread and was surprised when I corrected her. Kept asking if I wanted it toasted... like after every step... not sure how hard it is to understand NO. tried to tell me that salt in the grinder was parmesan cheese. One of 3 working there sort of knew what she was doing, but she was washing dishes, not helping customers. thought this would be a convenient, quick, and easy stop to grab a sammich on the go, but wasn't worth the frustration....

I called ahead of time to ask if this location accepted Subway's official coupons since no other locations in the city do, and she said yes. Get there and she made up more exclusions than what the coupon was for, so I settled on 2 pretty basic subs. The tuna looked old so I avoided that, and many of their veggies looked on their way out as well. Got like 7 or 8 leaves of spinach when I asked for that on one sub. Pretty done with Subway...
