The food is great, but they are rude to "black" people for no reason. The or website gives a choice to order online. Then gives a time to pick up like any other place. When I showed up the lady was rude and acted agitated just because I came to pick up my order. It wasn't ready , I didn't even mind . I could see they were busy. But she tried to talk to me with an attitude for not reason just because there were a bunch of white ppl and other cooperate people on lunch break waiting in line. Then had the nerve to yell when I got my food and told her I won't be eating here no more and told her she is rude. She is classless. First off, this restaurant uses a mocking and by word name. A hairstyle even. The ppl cooking the food are not even the true people. They are using other ppls culture to profit and make money, point blank. Lady at the cash register was sarcastic from the get go. The chicken qasadilla was fine but the veggie platter had rotten salad, and the falafals were overfried. When I went back to go get a refund they didn't apologize or offer anything they told me a simple "no" that my food was not over fried & the salad was not rotten.......while we were all looking at it.

Once I realized they had ZERO customer service skills I said "are you going to give the refund or not" & they reluctantly did. Never coming back to this...

Looking for an unconventional (for me) lunch spot and found this gem in the skyway downtown. First time with African food and will certainly be back to try the rest of the menu.
