Dunkin' — Restaurant in Missouri

Stopped in here for an emergency bathroom break and decided not to be rude and not at least look at the menu and possibly order breakfast/lunch because I was hungry and it is lunchtime.

I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts but have always heard good things about them. So, I decided to go ahead and give their food a try.

I ordered the Hashbrown Brisket Scrambler. It looked very enticing on the menu. A cup/bowl filled with scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and brisket... what Heavenly concoction has the Dunk created???

I walked to my car so I could eat and then get back on the road. Looked in the bag and there it was, my angelic breakfast mixture, just waiting to tantalize my taste buds.

I opened the lid to complete and utter disappointment. 😞

Inside my cup were literally 6 hashbrowns that looked overcooked, a very small portion of scrambled eggs (maybe a tablespoon?), some cheese sauce (more than the eggs smh), and literally a few FLAKES of what looked to be shredded beef. This cup was barely HALF filled with food and isn't a big cup to start.

When I brought this to their attention, they laughed as if I was trying to be funny. I just asked for a full refund. I'll never return to this location and possibly any other Dunkin location as well, if this is how they treat all...

Appalling experience! At 6pm on a weekday, the entire front of the store was empty. Workers could be heard in the back of the store. I called out three times attempting to get someone's attention and no one came to the counter. After waiting 5 minutes, I looked the store phone number up and called (from the front counter). I listened to an employee curse at the phone, read my number to another employee and say, "I don't know this number."

While the phone rang, I continued to call out to try to get their attention to let them know I was in the store - to no avail. When the young man finally answered my phone call, I told him I was standing in the store trying to get service. He then came to the front saying something about not hearing me because they were cleaning. This wasn't true because there was no noise when I first entered - the noise started a couple of minutes after I called out trying to get their attention.

This is my second visit and my second experience with poor customer service at this particular store. If I didn't want to purchase a gift card, I would have walked out. Not only did I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time, I had get creative to give them my business and had the pleasure of listening to the "F" word thrown around while being...

This morning was the last day this shop is getting our business. The last 6 months, every time we get donuts, the icing is runny and gloopy. That doesn’t help when they shove and overlap all the donuts in a box so when you pick them up, all the runny icing comes off. This morning I ordered a dozen. I pulled out with only 10. I called in and the lady brought me two more, but my daughters strawberry was turned upside down in the bag, all the icing is on the bottom of the bag. Our box of donuts looks absolutely disgusting, one Boston has a gash through the top and all the cream is oozing out. Icing goes on the top, not all down the sides. The whole box of donuts is one big messy sheet of donuts. They need to grab a second box, don’t overlap them and shove them in. I’m not happy with the cost and the quality. It’s awful. I will waive my biz to a different donut seller. Walmart does...
