There are two lanes at this location. When I arrived there was one car in front of me and one other car in the other lane. It took 20 minutes for the three of us to finally be able to place an order. When I ordered, I asked for a number 8 with a diet Coke. The person taking my order said what's a number 8? I told her it is the buttermilk chicken strips. She said we don't carry that. I asked why is it on the menu then? She responded "why don't you ask the manager". I had no ability to get out of the lane so I get to the window. I asked for the manager. The person there said she was the manager. She then proceeded to tell me that chicken strips are only cooked at certain times of the day and they were not making anymore. This was at 2pm on a Saturday.....I asked he to provide me with corporate's phone number, her name and the name of the cashier that I first spoke with. She said why? I said because I am requesting it. She the proceeded to tell me she didn't need to give it to me. I told her I was not going to move till I got it. She then started scribbling a number down and put the name Amena down. She the saw I was getting my cell to call the number and she then stat to change the number she had written down. I reminded her that I also wanted the other persons name. She said I couldn't have it. I once again said I was not going to move till she gave it. She said "fine I will call the cops then". Read moreThe manager is the world's worst manager. She talks in slang or whatever it is it is not english. I was there at the beginning of the lunch rush today made my order with a toddler. I waited over 30 minutes for a kids meal and a hamburger. When I asked the manager how much longer would it take she said there are two ahead of you. Well guess I should not have asked she made me wait for my food until the entire lunch rush that came in after me was served. Was extremely rude. Only had one cashier working with a line out the door. Finally she started to take orders. You could tell she was mad. She was rude, never smiled once and if anyone asked for a refund they were told it would take 2 days to receive your money. I was one that asked but chose to wait for the order. I figured that if she could not properly manage a business that the chances of getting my money back was never really going to happen. I do not know who would hire someone with such terrible people skills but whoever did needs to be fired as well as she does. I will never come back to this location. This store just needs to be closed down already. The employees do not care that is more than obvious. They move slower then a turtle with two broken legs. Hell I have seen slugs move faster!...
Read moreToo bad 0 stars isn't an option. Absolute worst experience with mobile ordering and picking up curbside. Took almost 30 min, tried calling the store several times, no one answers the phone. Finally got sick of sitting there after that, went into the drive thru and told them I was waiting for over 25 min for my mobile order, when picked up, they said "we was about to bring it out but you drove away" (load of bs, no one was coming) Then when I got my food, she said "you need to be a little more patient, we have a line" (so what's the difference in waiting 30 min for curbside and the 30 other cars that went through the drive thru while I was sitting there?) Food was cold, so it was probably just sitting there and they didn't want to bring it out till it was convenient for them.
