McDonald's — Restaurant in Missouri

Went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered a chicken sandwich,mcdouble,and a regular cheeseburger I pulled up and payed I didn't get a receipt so I pulled up there was a black Dodge truck in front of me he sit there a good 8 minutes then the guy at the window ask him to pull forward so he did then I pulled up he ask me to pull to the side so I pulled out front and sit there a good ten minutes then some lady brought the guys food out in the black truck and looked at me and went back inside I sat there for 4 or 5 minutes then I watched the same girl go to the door with a bag.in her hand look out the door turn around and go back in I had to leave I was already running late for a birthday party so I drove off without my food this was the 15th of April around 130 or so....ok it's Sunday April 16 my buddy wants a hamburger and a drink so I pulled into the same McDonald's I ordered his 2 hamburgers and a big Mac and a sweet tea and I got a Coke we pulled forward and I payed and told the girl at the window what happened the previous day she told me to go to the next window and tell the manager so I pulled forward told the manager she said there was nothing she could do about it I would have to take it up with the daytime manager so I said okay and got my buddies food and drove off well I will be damned we got almost to Seneca and he discovered he had no big Mac in his sack somebody needs to get that McDonald's lined out because it really sucks who ever is running it now my family and I have been eating there ever since it opened and this is the worse it has ever been so don't eat there tell the district manager does something thank you...

This Mcdonalds Crew didnt put are food in all 3 of our kids happy meals. Not just fries, but the nuggets, and burger. Then no bacon on the new Bacon Bigmac. Also they Didn't get my cheese burger right, or the other 2 McChickens we order. Out of $37.00 of food bought the only thing right was the strawberry banans shake, and the breakfast burrito. I then called, and left word with manager on staff, and was to get a call back from Store Manager which did not happen. Then I came back to the store 2 days latter. Got 2 happy meals taken off the same order mentioned above this time was $25.00 Still not happy with Service, Treatment, all around this Mcdonalds Staff is what gives Mcdonalds, and fast food servers bad names. It starts with haveing good leaders to set the bar. I think if new Managers where brought in they could get things back on track. Just know not to expect any good service from the McDonald's By the Petro By I-44 South of Joplin. If the manager isnt takeing care of the customer neither will the staff. Their are many more things that was even more iritating about the service, and the blaten disrespect I recieved. I will starve before spending another dollar at this establishment. Very unsatisfied. Went through drive through ordering for 3 adults. Said I needed 4 s&s and 8 ketchup packets. 3 for my 20 piece and 1 for wife. Keep in mind that I offered to pay for the extra. Only 2 in bag with 3 ketchup packets. Told me to pull forward wait for fries. When told to do so I told them what I still needed and was told that this was understood. Worker comes out with fries and says that I am not receiving any more condiments for my rather large order. After explaining this and how I offered to pay for that extra packet at the drive thru, it came to be that the only way to fix a super simple situation was to go inside. The manager was rather short with me when I politely asked for what I should have recieved with my order. They were not even able to give me the correct number of sauces that I should have recieved with my order in the first place. Never have I been to a food chain that was so stingy with their condiments to the point that they would withold parts of my items rightfully ordered. This situation was completely uncalled for. I do not wish for anything in return except for correct orders and at least correct service. Some politeness at this store would take this store a long way from where they are now. If I owned this location, I would be completely and utterly...
