Just a total disaster. We came due to a glowing review on Baristanet. We arrived on Friday evening for dinner for 2. When we walked into the restaurant we knew right away something was wrong--every table was full of people who were looking around unhappily, giving off the vibe of having been waiting for a long time for their food. The room was not air conditioned on a hot summer night which didn't help. We waited for a long time for our waiter to greet us. He opened our wine and then set down two empty water glasses--no water, no bread, nothing. We decided to just order an appetizer of shisito peppers, see how long it would take, and then decide if we wanted to stay. The nice couple next to us leaned over and said we should order as fast as possible as they had been waiting a long time for their food. 30 minutes later the other staffer finally came over and asked if we wanted to order(!) our dinner. We informed her that we would just have the appetizer we ordered. She asked us what we had ordered and when we told her it was the peppers, she said "oh, sorry, we're out of the peppers."--this was now 40 minutes after we ordered! We politely asked for our wine cork, corked the wine, and left, 45 minutes after our arrival without a speck of food. It was clear that this is a place that has no clue how to run a restaurant or provide even passable service. The food may be delicious but we never actually got any. They need to train their staff if they expect to survive. Needles to say, we will not return.
