Update* since i just read the reply from this establishment #1, I never said i was a youtuber, i do not have a channel nor i plan to. #2, I did state i do reviews on GOOGLE, so when they see me take pictures of the restaurant and food, they'd know why. But just with the response alone shows the lack of character, professionalism and brain from that person. Plus she can't distinguish a youtuber from a google reviewer. If i could give zero stars i would. This establishment is under a soft opening, it opened its doors about 2 weeks ago according to the workers. I came this morning at around 9:30 am, and they opened by 9:52 am, which is great that they follow their hours of service. As i walked in i did notice they have a lot of work to be done to the place inside. But as i said it's a soft opening, i spoke to the two gentlemen that work in the kitchen, and they have excellent customer service. They handed me two menus, the complete menu for the restaurant and the breakfast menu. As i was talking to the gentleman, a woman walks in and had an attitude from the start and sent the gentleman to the kitchen. The woman turned out to be the owner of the restaurant and as an owner you would think she would have the best customer sevice and attitude.yet she's lacking all of it. She spoke to me with a demeaning tone, and at that point i did not feel welcomed and comfortable to sit and eat at the restaurant. So i ordered to go. If she treats her own employees with such bad attitude from early in the morning, that's already starting the day on the wrong foot. She needs to remember that customers are the ones that will keep her business thriving otherwise this place will close down. Now ,to eat i ordered the salsa verde chilaquiles, one thing i noticed was the lack of grammar on the menu it said " chilaquiles con salsa roja y verde" now that means it will have both salsas. If it was "con salsa roja o verde" that means one or the other to chose from. Just little details that can go along way. Taste wise, I'm not pleased, the rice tasted old and was cold, beans are lacking flavor and texture. The one thing i did like was that the tortilla chips were thick enough to hold the sauce without getting mushy. Now the green salsa is too bland, no flavor whatsoever. I didn't eat the rice or beans, and wasn't able to finish the chilaquiles, the flavor profile was just not there for me. At the moment i can't recommend this establishment due to the lack of professionalism by the owner and the food wasn't good. They have to upgrade on the food drastically to make it work.

Definitely will be back! The food was so delicious! I LOVE mole and this place hit the spot & I’m so glad it’s near my home! So my husband and me got enmoladas, he got the Puebla & I got oaxaqueña and both were delicious! We will be going back to try enmoladas in the green mole 🤪 we also got the queso fundido with chorizo which was also delicious with which they served tortillas hecha a mano they added a great touch! Kids got carne asada and they enjoyed that as well! The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice too loved the touches! Service was a plus as well!

I ordered the chicken flautas. Tortilla chips were served with a mole sauce. Salsa was served with the flautas. All were very good. I ordered plain tortilla chips and more salsa. I enjoyed Estrella Jalisco, the official beer of the Dodgers with my meal. There is a good selection of wine. I recommend this newer restaurant. 👌 😋
