Had a great time at this Yelp lunch break meet. A little bit out of the way from where I reside but that doesn't really stop me from food and being social. I enjoyed the fact of being able to stroll in during a window. The flexibility helps as it is held during a week day and we all have something to do or somewhere to go. It was great speaking with our community manager Megan. Even though it was for a very limited time I am grateful to attend and show my participation towards the Yelp community. I also ran into a couple of fellow yelp elite members from previous events. Its amazing to see familiar faces in different cities for these events. Thank you again for hosting the event and looking forward to the next one. :)

As a long-term customer, all I can say is... Wow - they are now below acceptable. Pizza here is simply a joke, Management and the company should be embarrassed and ashamed to serve this. I've seen bigger pies on double-spread advertisements. I've simply cannot and will not support what they have done. Look at the pictures, the diameter of their pizzas used to nearly touch the edges of the box. Now, you get slices that are just slightly bigger than my lip balm tube. It's pathetic to spend nearly $15 on this when I could invest $16 on a medium pizza from "The Hut", at least I know that my money would be going into an actual pizza and not into this Pieology Faux pas (pronounced foh pahz - it's French in case you're wondering). Perfect example, I asked the pieologist (most likely the manager or, at minimum, the supervisor) for more cheese over all my prepared toppings prior to being cooked. He walked to the cheese, pinched a small amount (as you would add a "pinch" of salt to a recipe) and he proceeded to place the pizza to the oven. I also wanted pepper/salt and chili flakes but for obvious reasons, could not have that added. Thanks for the 4 out of 5 years of serving me, my family/friends and colleagues. It was great while it lasted. Here's to another business providing shrink-flation. May your profits be as big as your pizzas. Cheers....

Every time I come here workers have this face like they hate their life. Mangers have horrible customer service. My experience here is never good. Every time I try and use my points they always give me a hard time and act like I don't have any, after I show them. After I say I'm going to call corporate they budge. The manager Enrique had a horrible attitude from the start, after finally "applying" my discount from my points I checked my receipt and I in fact didn't get my discount. I was charged full price when I should've gotten a free custom thin crust pizza. When I went up to Mr. Enrique I showed him I was charged for pie rise, which I didn't even ask for or even got and also charged me for the custom pizza that i was suppose to get for free, he just took my receipt looked at it and crumbled it up and said I was charged correctly. I asked him for my receipt back, he hesitated but have it back. What's the point of having a point system if workers don't like you using it.

My service started off wrong since the beginning. Melissa S complained when she had to get the thick crust dough from the back for the second pizza. I got the regular one. Then I wanted mushrooms, pineapple and bell peppers and she was out of mushrooms and she only used the pinch of mushroom crumbs left. When we got to the register we got the Tuesday deal and we are told there was no lids for the drinks our order was to go so that was inconvenient. And once I received my pizza I was not happy with the appearance quality of it. I did not want to make a big deal about it but I just will not be coming back.

I love stopping by this pizza place, for 9 bucks you choose any topping you want, that's right, add any veggies and any combination of meats, 2, 3, 4 meats or veggies , you name it, the combinations are endless, pizza always tastes great! And even if you have to go they'll pack it on a specific pizza bag which I wish every other pizza place had, drinks are on point! And they have beer on tap! Great selection as well , plenty of tables all over the place for groups, a well fitted spot to get pizza and beer with friends, very very well recommend!

The pizza is mediocre at best no flavor in the sauce or ingredients. The staff is completely over this place. I felt like quitting and I don’t even work here. Out of all of the build your own pizzas this place takes the cake for the worst pizza. On a good note the establishment is clean and there is customer restrooms. Very disappointed overall, I had huge expectations but it didn’t meet the minimum standards.
