Hardee’s — Restaurant in Montgomery

Friendly staff. I went there at about 8 p.m. . I use a coupon for The Frisco burger combo. My fries were hot and crisp and if you ask me they were better than McDonald's fries. The hamburger was juicy and firmly delicious. Also hot I might add. The sweet tea was a bit over sweet but I just added some water to it water it down. Other than that there was very Swift and courteous service. I would recommend for someone to eat here. I see that they have a low rating but I didn't sense any of the low rating issues when I went there. A lot of people won't give the courtesy or the service at some of these fast food restaurants. And what I don't get is the restaurant still hire these people or remain them as an employee. If you don't want to help people or be courteous in a service provided occupation. Then go find you another job. You know what I'm saying.. and like some of these other places or not like some of these other places that have flies flying all around inside the restaurant. They did not have any of that. That is one of the nastiest insects I know that was shoot maggots over everything very very very very very quickly. But I'm very happy that I didn't see that here so I'm going to give these people...

It's so sad when you go into a well known establishment like Hardee's and you are treated with the utmost disrespect. You stand at the counter so you can place an order or ask for something and they just straight out ignore you. I'm not one to look at race,color, or creed but it's just wrong. While standing at the counter trying to get some help, a young black ask if we can help him with some money to buy food so my husband helps him and continues to stand at the counter trying get some help but still being ignored. My husband packs up our food and tells me let's go. The young man seeing my husband was being ignored comes to our table and tells my husband I'll get what you need. I know they are ignoring you cause your white . My husband tells him that's fine thank you starts walking towards the door. The young man turns to me and says I'm sorry they are just ignorant black people and I'm ashamed. I tell him don't worry about it. He responds with thank you for your help and God bless you. went in for some lunch with my wife around 2 pm and the lady behind counter looked at us and went to back never said anything to us so we stood there for 10 min while she horsed around with the cook playing and ignoring us i heard her tell guy cooking if we ignore them they will just walk out we were only people in lobby so we just left this place has gone to dogs the employees are rude and u will ruin there day if u walk in they dont want to work just get a check i guess WE WILL NEVER RETURN HERE btw went next door and got great friendly service dont waste ur time here very...
