If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I’ve had terrible experiences at every Sonic that I’ve visited in Montgomery and Prattville.
My daughter had a dance performance rehearsal at the zoo and we decided to go by Sonic for drinks/slushies. I placed a mobile order for 2 sodas and a slushie. I pulled into a stall, marked that I was there and which stall I was in. The screen showed my order was being prepared then being brought out. Twenty minutes after the screen said my order was on its way, it had not arrived, so I pressed the button as if to place an order. Eight minutes after pressing the button, someone finally responded to me. They told me I would need to pull around to the drive thru window to pick up my order.
I picked up my order and it was obvious that it had been sitting for the almost 30 minutes since I had checked in. I tried to take a drink of my slushie and almost vomited. The location is convenient but the order takers ARE HORRID...i should not feel as tho i am being scolded...for simply placing an order.... More often than not...our orders are wrong...and they won't answer the phone when we try to call back. The car hops are awesomely sweet.... If i could take them all away from that HORRID SCREAMING...FAST TALKING.... Abrasively rude manager of theirs.... I would do it in a heart beat..... She yells at customers through the speaker....gets customers riled up and upset only to send the innocent car hop directly into HER LINE OF FIRE... NOT COOL... i work in customer/food service....so i clearly understand that sometimes you're going to have a bad day or two.... But if every day is a bad day....it's time to find a new line of work...YOU CHOSE THE JOB....the Job didn't choose you. Once again...i paid for something i did NOT RECEIVE IN MY ORDER...I dare not take it back.... Don't want to be scolded again.... #fastFoodBully...

Terrible. Wait 15 mins just for the button to be answered and another 30 or more for the food. If you order on doordash expect to wait 3 or more hours. Employees always outside smoking and fighting in front of the customers. Edit... Gave them another try. Never again. Will report to bbb. Sewage smells coming from the store. The ladies answering the intercom are disgustingly rude. Made my kids cry. All for 4 corn dogs and a 30 min wait to be answered with the grossest attitudes I've ever encountered at a fast food chain. How is sonic still in business at this point. The one on Carter hill is not much better. Went to 4 diff boards waiting to be answered to no avail. Another 30 mins wasted. And gas thrown down the drain. Will never be giving sonic my business again. Terrible let down over...
