BEWARE!!! IF YOU ORDERED ONLINE AT 10AM 4/23/24 DO NOT EAT THE PIZZA!!! The employee was not sanitary when cutting the pizza and making dough for the online orders, her bare hands and shirt touched the pies. So if you ordered around 10am and got cauliflower crust or regular with green onions or mushrooms I'd ask for a refund also. AGAIN DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER DURING MORNING SHIFT! Cynthia and Dianne are the two most awful employees employed at this Pieology. I come here often and this is the first time in years I've gone around brunch hours (10:30am) Tuesday during their shift. I was not greeted instead as I silently stood in line waiting I was told "I have online orders, you have to wait" BY THE STORE MANAGER instead of, "Good morning I'll be right with you" or something someone who values their customer would say. I proceed to wait 15 minutes while they prepare 3 pizzas and 1 salad which is understandable but with two employees one should have been able to assist in-store customers while the other takes care of online orders but still no problem. I proceed to order my Pizza (which I was given a poor attitude by the manager through the whole pizza making process) then pay. I'm still smiling and being polite because I get it, you work fast food it's the hardest job in America next to being a Neurosurgeon life must suck FOR YOU. While I wait I ask for a complimentary water cup (3oz dentist cup) in which I get water but the employee accuses me of getting a fountain drink mind you they offer a free perk of a fountain drink with custom pizzas so if I wanted one I would have just got one with my pizza or paid for it NOT GET A SIP FROM A TINY CUP. I then go to show the employee my WATER to which she rolls her eyes so I had to stand up for myself and politely ask for a refund. Night shift's staff is completely different it's sad because they lost a long time customer. Once I cash in my points I'll never eat here again. Guess I'll buy the Pizzano Pizza stone machine from TikTok and make my own from now on you should too until Pieology turns into BLAZE Pizza.

So we tried Pieology the other night.. Having had MOD, Blaze and a few other "fast" pizza places, it seemed like a worthwhile one to add to the list. At least locally, I've been to other locations. I'm not at all impressed with this location to say the least. The pizza was very bland, and considering the toppings, it should have been an explosion of flavor! Sadly, it wasn't. Mine was the thick crust, which none of the others offer, so I decided to give it a shot. Started with red sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, and a hint of parmesian cheeses... Then came the toppings. Pepperoni, Spicy Italian Sausage, chicken and a bit of bacon... Veggies would include Jalapeños, tomatoes, and black olives.. Stunningly, it was very bland. The Spicy Italian Sausage was the worst, with the pepperoni following right behind it. The sausage was dry, as in tough and like rubbery. The pepperoni was very salty and that's about it. So small that when it cooked, it was crispy on all the edges. Blah! Even the gorgonzola was with little to no flavor, and if you know that type of cheese (think Bleu Cheese) you know it screams flavor. The other end of the disappointment was the fact on the walls they had signs for a "family" deal for $23.95 which was 3 personal pizzas and a dessert pizza. Well, we noticed it after we were done ordering and sitting down. We ordered 3 pizzas, no dessert one, and 3 regular drinks.. Did we get offered a family deal? Nope.. In fact we spent more and got less. Just overall not as good as the others.. Won't bother with Pieology, I'll stick to Blaze or MOD.. and I get very similar creations, so I know the differences well.

Today I recently bought a VEGAN pizza. Gluten free crust and the regular house red sauce with lots of vegetables. When they gave me the pizza they did not show me how it looked and just handed it to me. When I opened it at home I was at shock. There was one pepperoni in my VEGAN pizza. How does that even happen ?! I was still hungry so I decided to throw away that side of the pizza and eat the other but as I started to chew the other side the strong taste of bacon hit my mouth when I haven't tasted it in years. I will never order pizza here again and I DO NOT reccomend coming here if you are vegan.

We love the pizza but and been coming for years but we will no longer come here ever again. Every once in a while you encounter an unhappy child of God and today was our day! I am not even angry, I’m actually kinda of sad and disappointed that someone would be allowed to come to work while having breakdowns like he did and to treat others with so much disrespect for no reason whatsoever. We asked about our perks and he didn’t want to help with figurout how to process our perks reward program. And check out how he decided to resolve it, he said, I will not serve you and have the right to refuse service to anyone I want. He insisted and started arguing with his coworker and his coworker was very apologetic for his coworkers irate behavior. We hope he has a better day. And we hope this establishment hire better associates. I will describe him because he refused to give us any information when we asked his name or the manager, or the phone number. He just walked away, so if you ever see this guy, don’t ask him any questions and be super kind and friendly. Hopefully he isn’t triggered by you and doesn’t “refuse to serve you” He is young, petite, short black guy with earrings and...
