Subway — Restaurant in Mount Morris Charter Township

Will not be back. I walked in at 7:45pm. A man meets me at the door wearing shorts, sandals, a t-shirt and a shower cap along with a women standing next to him and a baby. He said to me “oh I was actually just getting ready to lock the door” I looked at him trying to decide if he really worked there considering that he was in street clothes. He said “no really I am”. I said no you’re not an employee just going off of how he looked and approached me. He said he would go get his manager than and I said okay. The manager came out and I said I’m sorry I didn’t actually believe him because he was not wearing any kind of subway uniform. I would’ve had no problem leaving if I knew he was an employee. After this he goes and sits down and starts muttering things under his breath about me. I got up to order and they were out of ham (not a big deal) so I went to leave. I got to the door and it was locked. The guy looks at me and says “ Is she stupid?” Needless to say I will not be back to that location. The location in downtown flushing the employees are always very nice and quick, I’ll stick to that location. If they close an hour before it says online they should also...

Just got my sub. Overpriced for crappy food but I was in a pinch, and it was the first restraint I seen while on the road and I had 8 hours ahead of me. First off I went in and the lady at the counter asked "what you want?" No small talk, no how are you, or anything like that. While the sandwich was toasting she asked if I wanted any chips or cookies. Due to the already quick service I said yes and got baked BBQ lays and 2 chocolate chip cookies. she already had the payment ready before the sandwich finished toasting and I hadn't even said what veggies I wanted. I told her what I wanted and, BAM! MY SANDWICH WAS ALREADY DONE! she was all done before I even had my card ready. This was due to the fact that no small talk done even asking how my day was. I gave a big tip and left. Her saying "have a good day," was the most I got out of her personal life. Also due to the fact she wasn't distracted by small talk the sandwich was great. I gave it a 5-star rating because they are awesome they listen cares carefully and everything you ask for is always in your bag you know condiments and things like that they're very considerate and polite and that's why they got a 5-star rating from me I am homeless right now and I'm having to eat there often so I thank them very much for treating me with such kindness I love this Subway years ago when my nephew was getting married I had to go there and pick up a hundred sandwiches and they were perfect and ready and everything was the way it was supposed to be and I wasn't from here then and I didn't have any idea where I was going but my sister gave me directions and I found them and I got all the stuff and he's now been married for I don't know probably getting...
