Jimbo's Steak & Hoagies — Restaurant in Muhlenberg Township

First time and last time eating at Jimbo's was a bad experience.

It took close to an hour after we placed our order for the food to come out. We had to remind them to bring out the drinks and soup. "Fresh cut" fries were soggy and my twin burger was room temperature. I asked for a new burger that was hot. They gave me a new burger which was slightly warmer, but to top it off, they took the original patties that I took bites out of with ketchup on them and threw them back on the grill. The owner, Jim, later admitted to doing this. He was degrading and was unprofessional. Also, both the waitress and the girl behind the counter were extremely rude.

Finally, they charged us for 3 drinks and we only had 2. It was a hassle to get the girl behind the counter to reprint the corrected receipt. She wanted us to subtract $2 off the bill and pay her so she didn't have to get the owner's wife to authorize the reprint.

I do not recommend that...

Group of my friends and I went on our lunch break and it was just honestly not pleasing. The customer service was not great at all, there were about 2 employees that were kind. Once we had realized one of the orders were incorrect and we asked for it to be fixed, one of the employees tried to fight it saying that the order was already made, pretty much saying that it was too late. One of the employees yanked the fries that were incorrectly given to one of us, and gave the most attitude. The fries were not good. Another one of my friends has asked for celery and carrots, and she did not receive them. We has asked for milkshakes nearly at the end of our visit, and the lady taking the order looked at us like it was a problem. After pretty much everything we said, there was some face made...

More like Jimblows, they accused me of having a fake ID because I look younger than 24 and the protective laminate over the ID was bubbling which is the same ID i’ve given to police and other bars with no issue. So they wouldn’t serve me or my friend. Go somewhere they don’t discriminate or disrespect you. All that’s needed to be done here is to scan the ID, fake ID’s cannot be scanned.

P.S. They also took about 15min to look at the id’s and wasted our time, also the waiter told me she was caught for serving alcohol to minors before like that was my fault or problem enjoy losing business over not...
