Jersey's Pizza — Restaurant in Murrieta

Placed an order last night, for a large thick crust and some bread sticks (bc the pizza didn’t make the price for delivery). A few minutes after placing the order and paying I get a call that it would probably be easier to come pick up the pizza in 15 minutes when it’s ready then wait an hour and 15 for it to be delivered, I live literally across the street (it was cold and raining thus the delivery option). I go pick up the food 15 minutes later and the place is empty, total of 5 people (815pm on a Wednesday, bad sign) 3 people ask me if I need assistance one after another before the manager rushes over to make sure I’m being helped. I appreciate the customer service but how about having one of the employees standing around go out and deliver pizzas. I also did not receive a refund for my delivery fee sense no one delivered my pizza. I get home and my breadsticks are sitting in a quarter inch of grease, soggy oily, and unedible. As for the pizza...thick crust not really and I’m not exaggerating my pizza was 75% crust! Seriously 25% of the pizza had sauce and cheese the rest was straight crust. I’m not opposed to some good crust and I never let it go to waist but this is ridiculous! Extremely disappointed, waist of money. We took a party of 12 to dine-in for my sons 7th birthday today. We called in ahead of time (probably only about 15 min) to place our order for 4 large pizzas. as we walked in, they were just pulling them out of the oven, the timing really was perfect. We were able to sit at a large table in the middle of the restaurant to eat and overall had a really great time. The place was clean and even more importantly the staff was fantastic. I didn't get an opportunity to get the blonde woman's name that was working the register today, but she was my favorite. Her customer service was quite possibly the best I have ever seen in my life. I also had a couple brief run-ins with the GM (who's name I also did not get) and he was fantastic as well. Its clear that he really cares about the place. The Pizza, which is really what we went for was killer! the bread/cheese/sauce/topping ratio was perfect, and they all tasted great. Lastly, they also had a small arcade in the back for the kids(and adults), and even though some of the games cost a dollar to play, everything was working and in good order. All things considered, we will certainly be returning to Jerseys the next time we find ourselves in a pizza deficient state. Thanks for a great...

I have been living here for 10+ years and I have finally visited Jerseys. I'm a very hard food credit but I like what I like so on a scale of 1 to 10 jerseys was at 8 based on the pizza. I gave you the 8 because it was a good pizza but headed pieces in it just it didn't wow me I didn't get the wow factor at him like I got to have it again so I still give it at 8 cuz it was good the wings I tried also I thought the Twins were morbus 7 out of 10 it's not a lot of wing places that I really like but there's wasn't bad but I may gave it to 7 but my kids loved it I don't have any complaints out of them they probably would have gave it at eight 9 So Different Strokes for different folks but overall with this customer service between Deborah and Shannon they were both excellent I explain to me this is my first time coming to jerseys and ask what they recommend they made the recommendation and I thought overall that they were they were real good very very nice people respectable place to business I will be back I have nothing bad to say about jerseys go see for...
