We had a birthday reservation for 22 people. When we booked it they failed to tell us about any cancellation policies which is a 24 hours notice and if they don't have a notice you pay 30 per person that you were scheduled for. This was a surprise dinner so when the birthday boy showed up someone greeted him by saying "fashionably late I see." They told us in the beginning of dinner that they could only split out check 4 ways. We asked the server if he could crack the window behind us bc they had us shoved in a tight area and he said "sure if you can open it". When serving a plate with red sauce, he spilt the sauce on my head and dress and my gf who was sitting next to me and gave us a weak apology. When he came back with our espresso martinis he says "hopefully I don't spill this one on you" in a unfriendly manor. He also dropped a knife on a pregnant women's stomach. Maybe the server was just overwhelmed but we had this reservation for a few weeks and should have had more than 1 server for such a large party. When we tried saying something to the manager and he also didn't seem to care the service. Once it came around for check they did eventually let us split check how we wanted but it took an hour to get them and he didn't even come back to take out card. We had to go up to the bar since everyone else had theirs taken care of and we're all leaving. The first couple times we have been there we had a great experience but this one was so poor that we will...

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a party at Vincenzo's and I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The restaurant truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect, including the food, drinks, and service.

First and foremost, let's talk about the food. The menu offered a wide range of appetizing options, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavors.

The drink selection was equally impressive. The restaurant had an extensive list of beverages, including a variety of handcrafted cocktails, fine wines, and refreshing mocktails. The bartenders showcased their expertise by creating unique and well-balanced drinks that perfectly complemented the flavors of the food. It was a treat for both the eyes and the taste buds.

The service provided by the restaurant staff was outstanding. The servers were attentive and knowledgeable, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring that all our needs were met. They seamlessly managed our party, taking care of every detail, which allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration without any worries.

Overall, my party at this restaurant was an amazing experience. The combination of delectable food, impressive drink selection, and top-notch service made it a truly memorable occasion. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful...

We drive from Long Island and stay several weeks every year in Myrtle Beach. We discovered Vincenzo’s in 2023 - then returned with additional family 7/2024. We loved all the foods we tried. My favorite was the fig and prosciutto brick oven pizza. Apparently shortly after that, new management took over but it didnt work out so it closed down for a while. I read on Facebook’s “Myrtle Vegas” they had closed and was so disappointed. But we found out they were having a Grand Reopening with the original owners and decided to attend. Too bad If you missed it ! To our surprise when we arrived, the entire evening was complimentary. They had a buffet of delicious entrees to try and while we sat to eat, they put a pizza on each table. They offered us a few drinks each from the bar and samples of new wines. The Chicken Scarpariello was delicious as well as several pastas, meatballs and the brick oven Margherita Pizza. It was a wonderful evening with great service and the crowd enjoyed themselves. We did return the following week before our return to NY and enjoyed a Veal Marsala dinner and an Eggplant Panini. We met and had a lovely conversation with Vincenzo Jr. wishing him luck and promising to return next year. I will be sure to return when figs are in season for my favorite pizza !! - Ciao, Lucille and...

Updated 9/26/2024 Don't Go! Ownership has changed. Signature dishes are gone. They had almost nothing on the menu. We almost walked out. Hardly anyone speaks and understands English Victor had to interpret everything for our incompetent waitress. She told us they had no mozzarella. This is also a pizza place. The mussels in white sauce was fair as compared to previous visits. They were out of alll eggplant dishes and listed menu items. Their Signature pasta dish, gone. Save you money. This place is not good. The couple next to us decided to leave after no ability to understand the waitress and new menu was so disappointing. Very sad that what was a wonderful place went downhill so quickly. I'm betting OOB in 60 days. Old post. The table bread and dip was great. I ordered the mussels as an appetizer and the flavor was wonderful. The mussels inside were the smallest I've ever seen but outstanding flavors. Cooked to perfection with only 3 dead soldiers in the bowl. I ordered the Sacchettini pasta for the table and it was outstanding. One of the best pasta dishes I've ever eaten. The rest of the menu looks very good. Wish they had more veal, shrimp and crab on the menu. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend. Great job by the entire staff.

Folks this is a must eat at place located right off business 17 in a strip mall. You have to look quick or you might pass it, just look for the little car with the Vincenzo body wrap by Booo Reality. Several weeks ago we meet the owner and he advised us that they would soon open, well two weeks ago they did and it is outstanding! First this is two places in one, downstairs is for the lunch crowd and the unbelievable upstairs for your evening meals. Now just as a tease...how many Italian places do you know that make there own pasta in house? How many places make there own Mozzarella? This place does! First the downstairs. We had a quick lunch Bill a slice of Pepperoni Pizza 5 solid ⭐. I had the Italian Special sandwich which was fantastic 5 ⭐. Fresh and soooo very good. Bill commented that it was 100% NY Pizza Loving it!!! Now the upstairs... look at the pictures.. what a beautiful setting, full bar and great atmosphere. I understand reservations are recommended if you have a party bigger than four so we suggest you do so. Parking is ok but the strip mall could get full during the day but not sure about evenings.

My family and I tried Cafe Vincenzo and we were grossly disappointed. We ce specifically for the Sicilian pizza and the waitress said it's no longer on the menu. They apparently are half a pizzeria and half restaurant. The pizzeria still serves Sicilian downstairs. I then asked if the cheese sticks appetizer were "homemade" and "breaded in house". I was told "yes" to both questions and they were straight from a freezer and put into a fryer. They were also served with ketchup, YUCK. The margherita pizza looked great but had no taste. They also do not cook it in the gas powered "brick oven" they have upstairs. The flame was on for show I guess. The veal from the Veal Parmesan tasted like it was a pre-breaded from a freezer cutlet. It was so gross we didn't eat it. The penne ala vodka and the cavatello with sausage and broccoli rabe was the best tasting. The broccoli rabe was still a little dry. Still we will never come back here. We had higher hopes for this place. The menu online is different than in person. Now we know after going there it's half a pizzeria and half restaurant.
